Bono's Chophouse and Saloon

Ordered a nice looking full-fish trout. I literally jumped off my plate. Not sure if it was the acid I was on or if it was really still alive. Other than that I liked the taste of the water but the ranch dressing was very sweet and had a kick of BBQ sauce in it

Good food. Okay servers. For the love of all that is holy, PLEASE get more seating in the bar. And if you work there & you see people looking for seating in said bar, it'd be really nice if.... you know.... you offered to help. Not just stand there cluelessly while 2 customers (that wanted to drink AND eat) walked out & went elsewhere.

Came in from out of town and was looking for a different experience so we suggested to our party of 8 to come here instead of Chili's where they were already planning to go. Got there at 6:00 PM. It took just under an hour for us to be seated. Waitress was friendly and took our drink orders promptly and later took our food orders soon thereafter. But the food didn't arrive until 8:00 PM. Everyone's food actually seemed better than I expected given some of the bad reviews on it....read full review
