I did an online order a few days ahead for Christmas eve. When I arrived they apologized that there would be a 7 minute wait. I didn't care. They were so friendly and despite business picking up while trying to fulfill my order, they were so sweet to everyone they encountered. My new favourite chicken place in Wise County.

The last few times we have eaten there the chicken was so hard you couldn’t really eat it. Not sure if it was over cooked or just there too long or what…we stopped getting food here because you never know how it’s going to be, never know how long you’ll have to wait or if you will get everything you ordered.

I came in 20 mins before closing and was told basically it's a take it off leave it menu because they didn't want to make food fresh. Honestly if I could return the 200 gallons of fuel I would and never visit another Dukes travel center due to the service from this golden chick

Ordered with no line. Waited at the window for 15 minutes with no payment, no drink, no service. Employee standing by windows in view. Had to drive away empty handed.
I am a truck driver so returning to the store was impossible. I ordered food 2 thighs, 2 legs family potatoes and family coleslaw. Checked my receipt looked good. Got my order and left. When I stopped to eat they put one leg and one thigh family potatoes and a small coleslaw. Double checked my receipt. Got charged for what I ordered but didn't get it. Kids today wants professional pay for lazy work ethics

The food was decent and fresh, pretty much what you would expect from a fast food fried chicken place, but the SERVICE was next level. Everyone was so personable, friendly and polite. We had an issue with a missing piece of chicken (mistakes happen) and they went above and beyond to make it right for us!! Also, don’t forget to ask for the zing seasoning packets! Soooo good.

Just NO NO NO!!! I specifically asked if the Macaroni and cheese was fresh.ohhh yes mam they said I couldn’t even tell that it was macaroni. It looked like yellow oatmeal!!! Food COLD! Drinks stale!!! DO BETTER!
