They used to have really good service. Now I think they hired a new staff and they do not pay attention at all. This time my husband and I went in to just play pool. We stood there for about 5 minutes. Just needed some coins since their coin machine is always broken. Anyways, I locked eyes with multiple waiters etc. so they knew we were there. They were just much more concerned with talking to each other and messing around rather than taking care of customers. Yup not coming back...read full review
I have been dining here since they opened.. Always great service and friendly staff. I have never had a "bad meal" here.. No matter what my family and I order, it's been very good ! !
We came in at about 1730-1745. The greeter I thought was very rude. She didn’t say hi or anything. When we walked in she said “I guess you have 4?” and gestured to a table. She also saw that we had a baby but didn’t even offer a sling/highchair. We were seated in a booth and the servers name was Lexi, she however did have a smile on her face and was very nice.
