They got our order wrong (no big deal, things happen). We let them know that the one half was missing the pepperonis and ham as well as the crust not having the garlic crust we asked and our for. They took the pizza and brought it back 2 minutes later and the pepperonis and ham were thrown in there but not cooked like it should be. They brought us some garlic butter for the crust and said “sorry”. The owner/manager was walking around asking every orher table there how there food was (there were only three other tables) but it was obvious she didn’t want to ask us because of the issues she already knew we had. My wife had to go ask for a to go box so she could take the pizza home and cook the rest as it should have been done there. There was no making it right on their part at all. I’ve been a General Manager in the hotel business for 20 years and when we make a mistake we always make it right. We will not be back and we have been loyal customers for years now. The poor management and problem resolution is just the wrong way to run a business. Go to Joes, it’s the same pizza half the price with amazing service.
Love their pizza! But don’t sleep on the wings either! My favorite are the garlic Parmesan wings. I’m not even a bone-in wing person, and I love these wings. The service, atmosphere, and food is always amazing.

Ordered delivery. Used Uber and even coming from Decatur to Haslet it was very timely. Ordered the Eighter and a Pepperoni with black olive. Really enjoy the pizzas and the slice sizes. Definitely will order again from them.
We ordered a large thin crust “The Big Eighter Pizza”. It was very large with a good amount of fresh vegetables and was very delicious. This establishment is located on the square in Decatur. Sam was very friendly and helpful to order. Fast and friendly service! We would recommend anyone to come through the town or try to have a unique experience.

Used to be better. When it first opened it had the most amazing crust and the right balance of sauce/toppings/cheese. Now it's still good. Just not great. Missing that extra attention to detail. Still great front of house staff though!

Ordered the Big 8’er to eat in and got a Neon Moon with mushrooms to go. One of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten! Fresh ingredients and a flavorful crust.
Dietary restrictions: You can order pizza with the toppings you want.
Wheelchair accessibility: Doorway is even with the outdoor sidewalk, plenty of open space down the middle of the restaurant, and seating has table options with plenty of room for the largest of wheelchairs.
