The last 2 times I have visited the men that work here have been unnecessarily rude. The moment I walk in and ask for a shake both guys demeanors changed. I guess they don’t like making milkshakes? This visit the short Hispanic guy took my payment and handed me my receipt and I asked politely if I could please have a straw since I was unsure if he realized he hadn’t given me one. His response was “yeah I wasn’t done yet” with an attitude as if me asking for a straw was such an inconvenience for him. Even if he knew he hadn’t handed me a straw yet, his response was unnecessary. If I have to experience this kind of customer service every time I go then I will just drive a little further to marble slab instead.

I recently visited a location where both the online information and drive-thru window indicated that the establishment closed at 10 PM. However, upon arriving at the drive-thru just before closing, we were met with the lights turned off, and when we inquired if they were still open, the employees confirmed by nodding that they had closed early. Notably, we were not the only customers affected by this. This experience raised concerns about the consistency and reliability of the business's operating hours.

I ordered delivery, which I have done before and ordered the same thing, and this is the saddest Banana Royale I've ever received. Where is the ice cream 😢 I wasted $12 on this.

I was given the very bottom scraps of the chocolate flavor where it was gooey. It was melting as she handed me the cone. When I let the Baskin Robbin’s worker know that it didn’t taste like it normally does, she stated that “that’s how it is”. We always come here and it saddens me that I had to throw away my ice cream that I was so excited to get. I was not even given an option for another flavor or refund for it as I was still charged for it. I figured that they would change the bucket since the chocolate flavor was basically finished.

I learned tonight (8/17/24) that the sit down in lobby closes before the store closes. You can order in store but you cannot sit at a table after 945pm. They need to prepare to mop the store. At least that is what I was just told by the young guy that was working. He confirmed the table use closes before the store closes...if that even makes sense. So we ate outside and then came back in to throw away our trash. Never saw anyone mop or preparing to mop.

What can I say...it's Baskin-Robbins! How can you go wrong here?
I've traveled for vacation often and ice cream is my go-to. I was surprised how attentive the staff was. Young crew, but very polite and mannered. Store was super clean, and they washed their hands. I was greeted with a howdy! All flavors were in stock.

Very rude, unprofessional, prejudice, antagonistic and very foul mouthed. Don't know who this worker was but she said that was her store when it wasn't. Acted very self-righteous, entitled and spoiled. Everytime we gone to Baskin Robbins they have always made the fla vorsright. The co-worker was more professional, friendly and apologetic. The rude girl didn't want to give out the store number or the managers name. Going to Marble Slab from now on or Sonic.

Extremely, rude employee. Asked for 2 samples and both times she said " Jesus Christ" . Then rushed us to order our ice cream. Very unprofessional. It was a blonde girl. Maybe, she was having a bad day but still.
