I visited the drive thru, I ordered 2 drinks, fries and small order of nuggets. As I headed to window the sign for the $5 deal was hung past the order area. No one was behind me. I asked to change my order to 2 of the $5 meals with the larger drinks I ordered. The only change would be adding the 2 burgers. The employee was rude. Shut the door without replying. When she returned she got the money and continued with the immature attitude. I asked her name, Maria, at this point she became more professional. She is an example of why Chik Fila does so well. Nce employees, trained well with good customer service. Food was great!

They only put 1 slice of cheese on a “double”cheeseburger. The BK website shows 2 slices. They are scamming by not building the burgers all the way! This is a frequent occurrence so I finally decided to bring this up to the managers attention and was refunded, last month. I went again today and what do you know - only 1 slice of cheese on the double cheeseburger. I’ve been to other BKs in the area and they DO put 2 slices of cheese on the double cheeseburgers.

I was the ONLY one in the drive thru, and it took forever because apparently the egg machine broke, but no one told about the delay until asked, and the food was awful!! Oh, and they can't refund card purchases, only cash. Convenient. The manager could've cared less!!
This is usually one of the better BK's but went through drive thru just now and got back to my office and my order was totally wrong. $13 bucks for lunch you should get the order right. Check your bag before you leave.
