I have not been to a chipotle in almost 10+ years and my rice was hard , too the point it hurt a little bit chewing . This was most of my burrito . Not only are they shrinking their meat portions (now 1 instead of previously 2) they serve hard rice . Do not go to this chipotle , there are some good taquerias around here . 0/10 would never recommend.

I order online so that my order can be ready to be picked up at the shelf and to avoid employee interaction, but my order is NEVER there on the shelf, and I always arrive an extra 10 minutes later than my specified pickup time on the app to give them extra time. The app always says "ready for pickup at the shelf" which is never true. You basically have to wait with the long line of people picking out their condiments, even though you already ordered online. When I tell them I'm there for pickup they barely start working on my order, like come on, the order has been in your system for the past 35-40 minutes. What's the point in ordering online. Super annoying coming to this place.

For Chipotle you pretty much have to go during opening times. All the food is fresh as well as the veggies, only thing they need to watch out for is the freshness of the guacamole. Gets to dark I'm not ordering it. Other than that the service is great, very friendly inexperienced people.

The food was delicious but when me and my sister sat down there were roaches and when I told the employees one of the grabbed a napkin, killed it with her hands, threw it away, and went back to putting ice in the drink machine (without washing her hands ). Absolutely never going to to this location

This location in particular is bad. Didn't know what brisket costs, a bunch of toppings missing, no cilantro or lime. I basically ended up with an $11 rice bowl... guy forgot to put the beans in the bowl.
The portions are sometimes inconsistent.
