This location does not have it together. 6:30 on a Sunday and out of all meats except tofu and a little bit of barbacoa. Counter is a mess. No forks or napkins. Employees act like zombies. I'm a chipotle fan, but not a fan of this location.

I placed an order online. When I opened my bowl at home it had with 6 strips of lettuce and the wrong meat. The bowl was not full as usual. The service at this place is horrible. I will not be ordering from here anymore. I couldn't reach anyone directly so here is my review. Disappointing because is not cheap.

Never really felt inclined to leave a negative review but the rude service left me feeling unwelcomed and weird. Both the builder and cashier were very unhappy to see us, cashier kept cutting us off asking “ANYTHING ELSE??” every time we were ordering, then snatched the cash I passed causing the coins rested on top to fly away. We’ll definitely be going to the other place down the street, hopefully this wasn’t a fluke but looking at other reviews it looks like it’s a pattern.

I have not been to a chipotle in almost 10+ years and my rice was hard , too the point it hurt a little bit chewing . This was most of my burrito . Not only are they shrinking their meat portions (now 1 instead of previously 2) they serve hard rice . Do not go to this chipotle , there are some good taquerias around here . 0/10 would never recommend.

I order online so that my order can be ready to be picked up at the shelf and to avoid employee interaction, but my order is NEVER there on the shelf, and I always arrive an extra 10 minutes later than my specified pickup time on the app to give them extra time. The app always says "ready for pickup at the shelf" which is never true. You basically have to wait with the long line of people picking out their condiments, even though you already ordered online. When I tell them I'm there for pickup they barely start working on my order, like come on, the order has been in your system for the past 35-40 minutes. What's the point in ordering online. Super annoying coming to this place.
