Worst Chipotle I’ve been to. It was 9pm on Friday and the place had a few people in it but the staff couldn’t be bothered to remotely clean up after themselves. Didn’t have guac and barely filled the bowl, less than half full.

I had put an order in last night said it would be ready around 9:40pm or after I still received a notification at 10:02pm saying my order is now ready. I get to the store before 10:00pm and they had the door locked. I knocked on the door to tell them I was picking up my order. The girl that was in the front cleaning just seen me and laughed and walked away towards the other staff. I love the food here but the service was not good. I went ahead and got a refund thankfully, but I still think it wasn't okay for them to do that.

Went there to pick up my wife's food last night and then had to go back(30 minutes extra driving for me) because she opened her burrito to find a blonde hair inside. About 10 young people working there all with hair longer than 4 inches and not a single hair net in sight. Someone needs to come here and make a change.

I know the food industry is a tough business. I appreciate that employees want to go home right after closing. I went in at 9:20 pm and closing is at 10 pm. The server was so worried about getting the food ready to put up after closing that most of it was our of the warmers. So, the entire meal was cold. A side item was forgotten and I had to go back. The side tortilla was forgotten but I felt like what's the point. I really like Chipotle. There's a problem at this location.

Absolutely disappointed in the employees that were working this evening. I myself worked a 12 hr shift and was too exhausted to drive to the location to get my daughter some food so I ordered it with DoorDash and paid the 28$ for a bowl for the convenience sake. For then to only find out the store had sent the wrong order, a burrito, with the delivery guy, ticket on the bag was correct, food inside was completely wrong. If it was for me I would have just ate it but my 10yr old daughter wanted what she wanted. After calling on the phone for 20 minutes to just get told sorry we can only refund the $ for the item and nothing else i decided to just get up and drive the 15 minutes each way to get my daughter the food she ordered. At the store they of course made the correct order and sent me on my way with just a simple sorry. So not only have paid 28$ for a bowl delivered, I still had to drive there myself to go get it just to finally feed my daughter almost two hours later when she is almost supposed to be in bed already. We eat at this location 2-4 times a week and have never been treated so badly. Will not be coming back and simply due to the lack of care or want to even do anything to make this up in any way by the employees about their own mistake that could have easily been avoided.
