Church's Texas Chicken

It has been a while since I have eaten at church’s chicken in general, several years actually. I stopped in for lunch and the restaurant was clean and not over crowded. The staff was friendly while taking my order, and the food came out hot and fresh. As far as the taste, the seasoning of the chicken was pretty much just as I remember, but it was a little too greasy. The biscuits were hot and fresh, and the coleslaw was perfect.

Door dashed a 10pc spicy with a large mashed potatoes for the family. They threw all the old chicken (original) and biscuits in a box and sent it out! They could've just canceled my order if they didn't have what I ordered. This is exactly how the food looked when we opened the box. They threw the biscuits scraps in the box. Close the location down!!! They obviously don't value their jobs or anyone's money.

It is a good place to take away, restaurants to eat there do not provide good service, you have to serve yourself almost alone because you have to ask them for everything

Kid-friendliness: Chicken is always recommended for children and is very juicy, they can easily eat it without parental supervision or concern.

I went here for lunch while I was working in the area. The staff was courteous towards me. Took about 10 minutes to get my food but the staff gave me a drink for my wait and was apologetic. I appreciated the gesture towards my patience and will return.

Uncooked slimy chicken, burnt Mac n cheese and Manager yelling at employees. I should have left without paying when I saw the managers actions. Called to complain and no one answered and mailbox was full!!!

No chicken available at 8:50pm, restaurant closes at 10pm, yet if I wanted chicken they said I would have to wait 20 minutes because they did not have any ready. Not going back ever again. ?

Avoid at all costs. Showed up 2hrs before closing and they were done making chicken. The folks here have horrible mood, I'm afraid to taste what they make. Will probably make you sick, these people hate their job and don't want to be here.

This is just out of hand. Food quality is horrible, daily. Manager is very incompetent. At this point , Church’s Chicken is becoming an eyesore in our community. I’ll be sending this to Harris County Health Inspector as a complaint.

The place was clean and the staff was nice. The chicken was undercooked. I brought it to their attention nad they seemed to have fixed the problem. They also replaced the food at their offering.
