Eveytime i eat here I get ill...cant be a coincidence..they are nit keeping chicken at right temps or something...def not cool

I went to the Church's in Deer Park at 7:45 tonight tried to enter the dining room and the door was locked with an employee mopping the dining room. I guess they close the dining room at 7:30. So I had to go elsewhere for the family's dinner. At least now I know that they close early.

Lady taking orders is rude and they had me waiting for mac and cheese and corn for like 20 minutes

I waited a long time for my order just to get it and the chicken to be under cooked and raw in the middle. Fries were ok.

Cool spot

The reviews are not wrong at all. The Manager Christina is HORRIBLE. The entire time we’re trying to place our order she’s rushing us , cutting us off saying “ anything else?” At lease 4-5 times. We had to finally tell her to stop and give us a second because she wouldn’t even let us finish ordering!!! Then we get to the window and her attitude CONTINUES, bobbing her head and being sarcastic. This place will continue to lose business as long as she’s employed there.

Incompetent and rude staff. This location is constantly out of the most basics things (fries, Mac and cheese etc.) and has been sub par for years. The food is absolutely GARBAGE. I mean absolute raccoon food. The day this abomination shutters should be a day of celebration for the residence of Deer Park, Tx.

Definitely won’t be returning. As we are waiting in line for our food just to be told they are out of almost all sides and sauces. And man is the service not good. She was very impatient with us and not understanding of the fact that we are now having to reorder our sides and sauces to things we do not like. Figuring out how to do that BECUSE YALL FAILED TO COOK OR RESTOCK… takes time! From what I’ve heard and seen in other reviews, this has been an ongoing issue too. Constantly out of sides and sauces. My opinion is don’t come to this location. Don’t support a privately owned company by someone who clearly doesn’t care about this community.

The chicken restaurant has no one in the drive through or the restaurant and they dont have any chicken available? Might be time to shutter yalls doors honestly, I've never been to this place without multiple issues

I visit this location often and the food never disappoints. Sometimes they are out of certain sides but no matter what I get it’s always hot and tasty. Staff is nice too.
