Never have had a bad experience here.When we came and ate this time it was a Sunday around 1:30pm and they were pretty busy but took the time to make sure that everyone was taken care of with a great attitude. You can tell they work great as a team. Store was also in great condition and super clean!! Thanks for taking care of us ?

The manager was very rude.She talk to you like she own the restaurant.She told me she couldn’t help me.And could I drive out.I don’t think she such be working at a business like this. As soon as we got home and opened the bag we saw a hair sitting on top of our fries. I took the food back completely untouched for a refund, and the owner tried to argue and say the hair didnt come from anyone in the restaurant. The food was made in some old nasty grease, it was really greasy and dark. The place is disgusting inside, looks likenit hasnt been cleaned or updated since it opened. I dont even know how this franchise location is still allowed to operate without an updated building.

Friendly staff. The food was bad . Hamburger meat was gray outside and pink in the middle. Chicken strips old and dry. The tea had a terrible smell. I hope they fix the problem before they make somone one sick!

Every time me and my family or friends come to this Dairy Queen the employee named frank is the absolute NICEST man I have ever met in the fast food industry. He always greets people with a smile and is very quick to help out customers, take peoples orders, bring them their food and make it. He’s sweet and kind and I have had bad interactions with the other employees but he keeps the atmosphere light and is always a mood lifter !Definitely needs a promotion or something because if it weren’t for him we would probably stop coming here almost every weekend and weekday.
Really not sure why this place has bad reviews. Everytime we go the gentleman is super nice and double checks the order for us!Just fyi, that gentleman (older one with mask and gloves) IS NOT MANNY the owner, he may be the manager but not the owner that everyone assumes is.My only issue is that they could have a little bit better drive through speakers since it can be heard to hear especially so close to the road.Truthfully this is one of the few establishments that uses gloves which sanitation is very important to me, I don’t know why most establishments don’t practice that.

I went thru the drive to order 2 shakes and 1 steak finger basket and 1 chicken strip basket. I paid , and they gave me the shakes and told me to pull around??? The shakes were in the process of melting when I got my food. I am from out of town , so by the time I got a few blocks away to my hotel , shakes were very watery, and the ff were almost cold . The gravy was hot, and my steak fingers were warm , but they were tasty. The gravy was good Texas cream gravy. The fries were just barely ok , it did not help they were NOT HOT , but truthfully, even hot , I think they were lacking and kinda greasy ( even for fast food)

Im an expecting mother with a DQ Blizzard craving but this franchised ruined the classic experience. The cashier was clueless & the other one was even worse. Obviously annoyed at life he was disrespectful. Don’t recommend STAY AWAY!!
