!!Disappointing!! I was so excited and looking forward to a hot fresh pizza. First, the pizza arrived cold, which ruined my excitement and on top of that, the dough was stale and tasted like week old bread, almost like it had been sitting out for hours before being put in the oven. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from them again anytime soon.

Sooooooooo....I ordered a pizza and it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT ! Since I'm paying for it I kinda want it - HOW I WANT IT ! They were kind enough to oblige with hearty marinara mixed with alfredo AND the butter garlic parmigiano sauce all on the SAME PIZZA (which is AWESOME!!!) And it was absolutely perfectly hot , fresh & soooooo incredibly delicious!!!HOWEVER WHEN I CALLED BACK THE NEXT WEEK (JUST NOW 4/10/24 @ 1930) TO TRY AND DUPLICATE THE INCREDIBLE SAME THING ...I GET THE DREADED... "OH, I'M SORRY SIR, WE'RE NOT ALLOWED TO DO THAT" WELL, THAT REALLY SUCKS AND IT'S SOOOOOO EASY TO DO AND MAKE THE CUSTOMER APPRECIATE YOUR COMPANY AND KEEP ME COMING BACK - - BUT, YOU LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER! OVER SOMETHING SOOOO PETTY ... JUST GIVE ME THE DAMN PIZZA THE WAY I WANT IT, I'M PAYING FOR IT ! ... EASY TO MAKE PEOPLE HAPPY OR UPSET, IT'S YOUR CHOICE AND MY CHOICE TO GO ELSEWHERE !!! SEE YA !
