I love Dutch bros, but for some reason I came to this location and ordered my regular drink and it tasted completely off the first time I got it, I went around to tell them about it and they did give me another drink but it tasted even worse.. I didn’t want to make a fuss and go back again and make them remake it so I left it as is. I came by this one cause it was close to me, but anytime I go to the one on Garth or in Summerwood I have never had an issue, maybe it was just the way they make but i’m not sure. :(

Dutch Bros. is my favourite coffee stop. I always order the Sugar-Free Kicker, sometimes with an extra shot but their coffee is so good, there is really no need for that. I do that if I need an extra kick of caffeine. I brought my friend through today as she had never had Dutch Bros. I told her my daughter loves the Golden Eagle so she ordered a sugar-free version. She absolutely loved it! Also, the team is super nice and always happy which is great to see! I will continue to be a Dutch Bros. fan!
Ive been a regular here for two years and honestly the service used to be amazing, but now it’s rare if I even get a good morning with my drink. The wait times are up to twenties the least amount Ive waited has been TEN minutes. It’s unfortunate that I see them struggling in there especially at night…. just sad to see. This must be a management issue since I know they have recently undergone some managerial transitions.

Worst Dutch Bros I’ve been to. If you want good customer service, better find out when the few good employees are working. If not, head to any other location. If you’re looking for fast service, look elsewhere. This location has been run down to the ground and it’s sad to see the decline in baristas attitudes as a regular. Unfortunate, but I don’t know how much longer I can keep spending my money here. Hope to see management improve so I can start my day on a good note how I used to.

absolutely horrible. when melissa kaylee emily and magda were still there i loved going, but once that whole chunk of people left due to bad management, the bad management really made sense with the horrible new hires. rude, disrespectful, no sense of urgency, and it all starts somewhere.. with poor management. i haven’t seen any improvement within the last few months and it saddens me since this (or was) my favorite dutch bros store. hope to see them do better soon..

I used to love Dutch Bros when it first came to Deer Park. SF Golden Eagle with almond milk is my favorite! But lately, the service and quality have really declined. Even when I order ahead, I still end up waiting long past my pickup time, and the staff seems distracted and unprofessional. Hearing them talk about “blacking out and throwing up blood” while waiting for my drink was beyond inappropriate. After three bad experiences just this week, I’m officially done.
