Had a few communication issues, but the testing did get completed and the staff is always nice and friendly. oh and it's not intrusive like other testing facilities.

Based on my most recent experience, the staff at ExperTox are courteous, professional, and handle your samples with care in a very timely manner. Some people aren’t aware that ExperTox can do post mortem forensic testing, If you feel a loved ones autopsy toxicology was not completed to satisfaction, this is the place to get your post mortem sample testing done. I chose ExperTox over NMS labs (the latter lab that was retaining my relatives samples) because the heavy metal and poison tests proved to be more extensive. In addition, ExperTox unlike NMS, will not require you to hire an attorney to perform further testing, and ExperTox will discuss with you in detail your loved ones toxicology report. Those reports can be confusing so having an expert put them into laymen’s terms is very helpful. ExperTox accurately follows chain of custody procedure. This is important, because findings may be relevant in court proceedings. Lastly, Dr. Lykissa went over in detail and explained the test results via telephone. I was able to finally have a piece of mind. Something money can’t buy.
