If I could give 0 stars at this location I absolutely would, we put in a mobile order, there were 4 vehicles in front of us and we are going on almost an hour in the drive through line. The first the the gentleman that came to the intercom said when you finally made it there was that they were busy with mobile orders and if we didn’t t have one they wouldn’t be able to serve us. Thankfully we did but we are still here waiting behind 1 car for that last 10 minutes. Are y’all slaughtering the cow and prepping it from scratch because this is honestly ridiculous?!!!! I’d have faster service driving across town and driving back to deer park!

Absolutely terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for my food, they completely left out my wife’s fries and the manager and employee were arguing with each other to where I could overhear everything. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

They get cha food cooked fresh and fast. The service has been good every time I've visit. Due to them volume of customers the food isn't setting and made hot and fresh. I got the Smash Burger on Sourdough with a egg and curly fries in it. The Morning Brunch Smash Burger. Although they be busy and they tables are not cleaned as they should, but I clean it if not done. The atmosphere is filled pretty heavy with local workers in the area but it's a pretty friendly environment, and if you want something extra with ya meal. There's a Shell gas station connected. You gas up and eat up at the same time.

order the new jack smash burger during national burger week, got the free jr cheese burger. placed additional two separate orders another smash burger and the popular sour dough jack. called 3 times left a message because no one is picking up. this location has many issues prior to that the astro special someone was not trained or informed about it. no manager on shift and the person taking the order was obviously in training and it was not his fault that management did not provide him with the resources that was needed. I work nights at it is hard to get out and buy food let alone eat within 30 mins before we are back on our tools. I would appreciate that someone reach out to me so i can have a better experience next visit if i ever go back. Thanks

Y’all need to change Y’all‘s Greece this taco is literally darker than the meat that’s in it. It smells absolutely awful. It tastes absolutely awful. I spent money to get six tacos and they’re un edible. It’s too late now to go back. I can’t go back. I have to be at work in the morning but money literally wasted
