Whoever took our order could have recommended getting the meals I paid over 20$ just for two small sandwiches then after seeing the menu I could see each of those in meals would have been a little over 10$ a meal

John was so unprofessional and so rude. He took priority in closing down the prep line at 6 rather than helping my family and I. (They close at 10). The whole time we were ordering, he didn’t say one word. Won’t be back.

Went on a weekday evening, there was one male worker who was doing all the work and a woman who had a nasty attitude. We wanted to change our order after realizing the size difference between a regular and a giant and the lady said that she would have to delete our whole order and we should’ve told her from the beginning. I was too stunned to speak to say anything. After she took our order she hid in the restroom or office while the other employee had to take orders and make food for the dinner rush.

Me: Just wanted to check the status of my order. JJs: It's there. Me: No, it's not. JJs: Did you check the front porch? Me: Yes. I checked the neighbors porch also. JJs: Are you sure? Me: Yes. Did you take a picture? JJs: We don't take pictures. Me: I have cameras. Didn't see anything. JJs: Hold please. SILENCE FOR 8 MINUTES JJs: We can redo the order and have it redelivered. Me: Redo the order and I'll pick it up. I don't trust your delivery.
I did pick up the order and asked for a refund for the delivery fee and tip. Was told it was credited to my account but that didn't happen.

Food was eh’ what really ruined my lunch? Someone who I’m assuming was the manager (older white woman w/tattoos down her left arm)screaming and I mean, literally screaming at her staff. It was unpleasant to spend my lunch break, listening to some woman scream!

I was so disappointed & dissatisfied. This was only my second time trying Jimmy Johns and I was let down. I wanted to try one of the new wraps and I got the Italian one. It’s supposed to have 3 different meats in there. When I opened it up, there was literally only two pieces of meat and the rest was all lettuce!! I was expecting a meaty, hearty delicious wrap and all I got was lettuce. The picture is complete false advertisement!! Wrap looked like somebody was trying to cut costs and skimp out on paying customers!

I've only ever order delivery so I cannot comment on the store itself. But the staff is awesome. Every person that has ever delivered has been so friendly. My sandwich is always made how I like. The Italian Night Club with Cucmbers is my favorite! The veggies are always very fresh. Couldn't love this place more!
Always love this place and I especially want to appreciate Sarah, one of the delivery drivers. She always delivers with a smile and she is very caring and considerate.

This will be the last time. Stores dead 3 making sandwiches 1 at the counter. The guy that finished my sandwich sat my sandwich all the way to the left side of the counter and rudely called my name twice. And refused to bag it and give the rest of my order no bag no cookies no napkins just the receipt when I asked where's the rest of my order he said cookies overthrew this is a self service location. No its not you were just too lazy to put in in a bag. To top it all off the app lost all my info so since I'm not coming back I deleted it. Ordered double protein there is not double protein on my sandwich!! Looks as if to only have 1/2 protein.
