Cant even make a basic sandwich.. meat/cheese/bread isnt that hard. thus was after the lady that ran it up told the guy again , what does he do EVERY INGREDIENT ON THE TABLE, and calls it out meat cheese bread . for me to unwrap go NOPE. I just left and went to Jersey Mike's atkeast they got it right.

Used to love Jimmy John’s don’t know what happened to this location. Everytime I get a Mobil order and show up 20 mins later they haven’t even started the food they wait for me to walk in. What’s the point of ordering Mobil then. On top of all of that I got sick from a chicken wrap the chicken was mad stinky. Haven’t gone back since getting sick.

Whoever took our order could have recommended getting the meals I paid over 20$ just for two small sandwiches then after seeing the menu I could see each of those in meals would have been a little over 10$ a meal
John was so unprofessional and so rude. He took priority in closing down the prep line at 6 rather than helping my family and I. (They close at 10). The whole time we were ordering, he didn’t say one word. Won’t be back.

Went on a weekday evening, there was one male worker who was doing all the work and a woman who had a nasty attitude. We wanted to change our order after realizing the size difference between a regular and a giant and the lady said that she would have to delete our whole order and we should’ve told her from the beginning. I was too stunned to speak to say anything. After she took our order she hid in the restroom or office while the other employee had to take orders and make food for the dinner rush.

Me: Just wanted to check the status of my order. JJs: It's there. Me: No, it's not. JJs: Did you check the front porch? Me: Yes. I checked the neighbors porch also. JJs: Are you sure? Me: Yes. Did you take a picture? JJs: We don't take pictures. Me: I have cameras. Didn't see anything. JJs: Hold please. SILENCE FOR 8 MINUTES JJs: We can redo the order and have it redelivered. Me: Redo the order and I'll pick it up. I don't trust your delivery.
I did pick up the order and asked for a refund for the delivery fee and tip. Was told it was credited to my account but that didn't happen.
Damn, I wish those wraps weren't so good! I'll be back. Just won't get delvery.

Food was eh’ what really ruined my lunch? Someone who I’m assuming was the manager (older white woman w/tattoos down her left arm)screaming and I mean, literally screaming at her staff. It was unpleasant to spend my lunch break, listening to some woman scream!
