Excellent customer service, poor guy was working alone by himself, running the whole Jimmy John's, drive-thru and dine in and was doing an excellent job!! But management please get him some help. Even though he was doing excellent, he does not need to be there alone. Especially for safety reasons.

Extremely slow drive through.....you can wait for 20 minutes sometimes. Overall a decent place....it's just faster to go inside.

I have been coming to this location for a couple years now and it's a regular lunch spot for me. I always get the same thing - The Pepe combo meal with BBQ chips and a Diet Coke. My husband and I started keto this month (because we eat out too much and obviously don't choose well lol) and I haven't been eating out much but we got home late last night and didn't feel like packing our lunches so I looked for keto friendly restaurants and found out JJs offers unwiches. I never noticed this before! So I ordered my normal combo but in an unwich and with a pickle. I'm here to say that I didn't miss the bread! It is so good! Not gonna lie, I'd much rather have the chips but the pickle is good, too. Plus, I always receive great service here and should have written a review before now just because of that.

I love my Beach Club sandwich from here; the bacon could be crisper but overall delicious! I did ask to cut my sandwiches in half, but I think the lady forgot.

Honestly if I had to give it a star I absolutely would NOT!! Very rude, set my food down on the dirt, got my order wrong several times after I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt. I've tried calling manager and general manager to get the corporate number and was told to Google it! Even the managers were very rude. I've worked for Jimmy John's before and they were nothing like this when I worked there. It was WAY better!! I tried to call corporate office and they refuse to call back. I'm about to sue, I have had enough and I recommend to NOT even eat here, take your hard earned money somewhere else because I will NOT be buying anything else from Jimmy John's!!! Just RUDE!!! AND THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

I went to this Jimmy John's after a previous bad incident at the Jimmy Johns at the University of Houston. What took me by surprise was how nice and polite the two ladies at the Deer Park Jimmy John's were when I went there. They were so polite, helpful, and patient with me when I needed time to look through the menu. They were super friendly and energetic, and I appreciated how they treated me. Compared to my previous experience with Jimmy John's at UH, this Jimmy John's felt like a completely different world. I've already submitted this to their website feedback system, and I hope this Deer Park store continues to do well. I hope to revisit this location in the future.Vegetarian options: There is an option called "The Veggie." It's not vegan due to the provolone cheese, but it's vegetarian and no meat. It tasted wonderful. This is the first time I've ever tasted a good veggie food at a restaurant. It's actually my favorite thing at their menu, and this is coming from someone who always hates the "healthy" food menu items at restaurants.

The lady with the red hair is super nice. She is helpful and she is quick. I like this location a lot!!!! it’s always very clean.. not sure what the lady’s name is but she definitely is a hard worker and she definitely deserves a gold star customer service is amazing with her! A+

Been a regular customer for the last year. Quality is good. But so many mistakes, sandwich NOT cut in half, Sauce is only half a cup when you pay for a full cup and soda’s are not always good. Gotta calibrate the syrup and carbonation more often. Love JJ but come on, do better.

Food was somewhat satisfying, but what wasn't was a staff employee named Marisa I belive , she came out of the bathroom on her phone and tried to take my order w/o washing her hands ,I asked for manager and she said to me to Google it! I called corporate in hopes of a resolution to this unhygienic employee, I'm sure I would of given a 5 star but that employee utterly disgusted me ,her hygiene was to question what goes on behind the kitchen doors!
