We order the food at 8 and the workers said it would take max 10 minutes we ended up waiting till 9 a whole hour for just one Damm pizza if you want food but want it extremely late I would recommend this place but if you dont migth as well go to McDonald's they faster workers

I am genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of the guy who works the cash register at the deer park little ceasers last night on 10/10/25. It took 16 minutes for him to even acknowledge my existence after just 1 person ahead of me in line. I don’t know why it took so long for him to ask me “what do you want” but he gave me vibes like he’s ready to “end it all.” I mean the guy was miserable. No hello, hi how can I help you, what can I get you. When he finally made eye contact with me, he said at a near 0 octave “what do you want” and then walks away for 5 minutes and comes back saying I’d be waiting even longer than I was to get a second item of my order. I said no to the wait. But my god. The guy was clearly incredibly depressed. Crap service aside, I hope little ceasars takes notice of the wellbeing of their employees.

Very rude people on the phone I called today and i was speaking ti a gentlement who i could vearly hear and understand and he transferred me to the operator again with no warning!! The i call back and all the lady that answered sais is Were not taking online orders at the moment And hangs up! Customer service out the window!

Ordered a vegetable pizza. Limited veggies on the pizza. Super disappointed. Taste is ok. Went again for deep dish cheese pizza and it taste real good. Gentleman at the counter was very curtious. Place looked clean.
New update September 2025 Ordered the new cheesteak pizza and pizza cups. The pizza is good but the vegetables overpower the overall cheesteak flavor. The cups were on point as far as cheesteak flavor.

I ordered (4) items for delivery, and received only 3 out of the 4 items. I then proceeded to try and talk with the manager but ended up having to talking with someone from a call center. The person on the phone told me that they can only Refund me for the missing item, not have it delivered (even though we needed it for the amount of people we needed to feed). Simple order completely botched by incompetent people. I will not be using Little Cesar’s delivery service again!
My wife had gotten severely sick after eating their pepperoni pizza. She started throwing up 1hr after eating the pizza and no nothing else caused her to feel this sick only after eating a pizza here she gets sick. I will be contacting the Texas Health Department and Jerry Mouton to have this place investigated. DO NOT GO HERE! You might get that one pizza that will have your insides start to turn.

This is legit the worst lil ceasers place ever, nothing but bad experiences here. 3x before ordered on the app, went for my pickup time and was told it would be another 45 min to an hour for my order of 2 basic pepperoni pizzas. Never ever again coming to this location or ordering ahead on the app. They don't even deserve 1 star.

My son went in and ordered 2 hot and ready pepperoni pizzas. He was told they only had l pepperoni and l cheese. My son accepted them. The cheese pizza was as hard as cardboard and the pepperoni was not that good either. We threw away the cheese pizza cause l think it had been there all day , cause he pulled it out from a bottom shelf. No one acknowledged him coming in or thanked when he left. That is poor service and we will never come in there again. We will travel to LaPorte
