My son went in and ordered 2 hot and ready pepperoni pizzas. He was told they only had l pepperoni and l cheese. My son accepted them. The cheese pizza was as hard as cardboard and the pepperoni was not that good either. We threw away the cheese pizza cause l think it had been there all day , cause he pulled it out from a bottom shelf. No one acknowledged him coming in or thanked when he left. That is poor service and we will never come in there again. We will travel to LaPorte

If you order on line, the pizza is NEVER ready in the time frame that you select. Past 3 times I've been ive had to wait 45min past time they said they'd have it ready.

Pizza has gone way downhill! And there's no number to talk to someone at the store. It tells you to press a certain number to talk to a person, but when you do, it keeps circling back to the beginning. I don't know if this a a franchise with its own owner, but the company needs to do something about this!!! A lot of people are complaining about this store's many problems, and they are going to lose business. FIX THIS LITTLE CEASARS!!! 😡

Good food. They make you sit 20 minutes if you order you food in store, while drive thru gets food immediately. Terrible.
Edit: watching people come in order and get food. Seems like they pick or choose who waits. Annoying.
These ladies were rock stars today. The DPHS band ordered multiple pizzas. My order alone had 12 items just for one section. They were ready early, the order was accurate, and the service was delivered with smiles. Thank y’all so much!!

This Little Cesar's used to be awesome ,lately it's been horrible! Went in yesterday for an online order I placed, 2 pizzas 1 crazy bread, and an hour later, we were still waiting for our pizza to be ready! My app said they had received the order, gave me an approximate time it would be ready, and after 30 minutes it finally said my order was barely in the oven, mind you, it's should be almost ready, went to the drive thru and asked if my order was ready because it was almost an hour of us waiting, and still no pizza. The young lady starts to say that I have to wait 5 more minutes for my crazy bread, at this point it's been over an hour!! When we finally got our food, the thin crust was beyond burnt, the stuffed crust was dripping in oil, and the bread sticks were not fresh at all!! Very disappointed, I was too tired and upset to go back abd complain. I'll count my loses, and never go there again!!
