I made an online order and went at 4:20 am to pick it up with my son and drove to the window and spoke to Donald the manager on duty he explained they have to cancel my order because they don’t have hot chocolate which I told him it doesn’t allow me to I handed my phone to him which he canceled it on my phone I didn’t give him permission to do so horrible service I will be contacting corporate

What happened today with my son is unacceptable.
My son walked into McDonald’s the way millions of children do every day — with his own money, to buy his own meal. He gave that money to the employee, who willingly accepted it and loaded it onto a McDonald’s card. Only after taking his money did the employee ask if he was 18. When my son said no, he was told he could not be served and was forced to leave — without his money, without food, and without any way to recover what he had just paid.
Let that sink in.
A business that brands itself as “a place for families” and “for kids” took money from a child, refused him service, and kept his funds on a non-refundable card. That is not policy. That is not logic. That is not integrity.
That is failure.
If a child is “not allowed” to be served, then the money should never be accepted in the first place. You do not take from a child what you refuse to give back. You do not profit from confusion. And you certainly do not teach a young person that this is how the world should treat them.
What kind of company builds its identity around children, then turns one away after taking his money?
This is not just poor customer service. This is a lesson in trust — and today, that trust was broken.

This McDonald is very nice and always decorated with the best decorations but I wish the staff would faster and actually attend the customers. They take too long and I waited an hour for my order.

Went with my husband and my daughter and granddaughter for lunch. I had ordered Big Mac sauce on the side for my sandwich. Other than that it was dry. They forgot to give me my Big Mac sauce so I stood at the counter and got looked at by all the employees. But nobody decided to approach me until everybody was done eating at my party. So I asked for a refund. Afterwards I went doordashing and lo and behold, I got to pick up for there. When I returned, The manager had been on duty talking crap to the manager that had just came on duty about the situation in and once again I was ignored even though I was there trying to pick up a doordash order. Very poor service

I've been to some BAD McDonald's before, but holy cow, this takes the cake. Tonight at 7:31pm I placed an order for 2 Happy Meals, tell me why it took them till 8:07pm, 36 mins, to get me my food lmao craziest part, the manager & staff acted like it was normal to wait half and hour to get two simple Happy Meals. Im definitely going to be contacting corporate to issue a refund cause that was the craziest experience ive ever had at a McDonald's. HORRIBLE SERVICE. 0/10 would NEVER recommend.

I came up there this morning and my friend asked if we could please get the receipt and before that I asked the lady to repeat my order and it was right until they gave us the bag of food and we got 2 wrong orders spent 14.58 smh the lady was just rude at the window and said “so what “ when we said we didn’t get our receipt

Today 10/27/25 around 7:20 pm there was terrible service, they had no one at the drive-thru and the person who was serving the person in front of me finished serving him, looked at me, turned around and no one served me. I stood there for a long time and I just left.

Take the extra 5 minute drive, riding behind people going 30 in a 40 and hitting every red light to go to the location on the Spencer Hwy x Center St. crossing. They are 5x better and the food is always fresh. This location is disgusting, and the food is never good!

There was a very long double line but surprisingly not a long wait. The employees were prompt with servicing their customers in a timely manner. I was very surprised how quickly the lines moved! Great job!
