Worst mcdonalds ever. Placed order sat there 15 minutes. Lady tried calling number white kid at register said take to black guy in corner. 10 more minutes goes by then they call his number. He said that's his. I said I guess u took my food to him. So they tried taking food from him to give me after he started eating on it I said nooooo. Then manager came up took my receipt prepared my food gave tray to another white kid and he went back to black guy give him my food I said that's mine he said weres ur recept. It's in your hand that's my copy I gave manager. Then he finally gave me my food. 30 minutes after I ordered. Then black guy said wetes my order. He didn't order same thing I ordered they said he got mine he should eat it. He had a fit and don't blame him. Finally they gave him what he ordered. 100% mcdonalds fault. Then went in later that day for fish and 10 piece nuggets. Took 35 minutes but finally got it. Next morning went in for breakfast. Sat there 20 minutes and asked for refund still never got food while people after me got there's so I asked for refund. Manager said food been sitting on tray about 15 minutes. Lady at register said I wasn't in lobby. Yes I was with a table 30 for eating in on my table. Laziness laziness laziness. I will try to speak with manager Monday then corporate office and or regional manager. Just cause I'm half white doesn't mean I need to be treated this way period

Today, I had the opportunity to syop bu and use initially the restrooms. But, ended up by delicious 😋 cones there. I just want to highlight people being friendly and smiling 😃

4 out of 5 times they have gotten my order wrong. When I called they just had an attitude. Never going back.
Horrible service here. I made my order on the kiosk, and was told they were out of apple pies, but it would be 4 minutes. I told them that was fine, because my husband was pumping gas. It took almost 20 minutes to get 2 double cheeseburgers, and almost 30 minutes to get my apple pie. I wasn't the only one complaining about how long it was taking. Someone else in front of me had already waited 20 minutes for a Big Mac. Would not recommend this one. I wish I didn't have to give a star, because I really don't feel the even deserve that.

Came here for a quick bite since it’s the closest to the San Jacinto monument . There was no one was at the register to begin with , lady with red shirt came with very high pitch voice rushing what we needed to order. I asked two meals & two waters . Not only that didn’t even gave the M cups for soft drinks that came with the meals until I had my daughter asked in the front for the cups with the receipt & she proceeded to tell her she gave them out again the attitude. I interrupted by mentioning she only hand us the cups for the water she charged us never have I gotten charged for water anywhere (unless bottled) . Just horrible customer service, had no name tag on her but attaching pictures.
