Came here for a quick bite since it’s the closest to the San Jacinto monument . There was no one was at the register to begin with , lady with red shirt came with very high pitch voice rushing what we needed to order. I asked two meals & two waters . Not only that didn’t even gave the M cups for soft drinks that came with the meals until I had my daughter asked in the front for the cups with the receipt & she proceeded to tell her she gave them out again the attitude. I interrupted by mentioning she only hand us the cups for the water she charged us never have I gotten charged for water anywhere (unless bottled) . Just horrible customer service, had no name tag on her but attaching pictures.

This place is a joke. The napkins are kept behind the counter. They don't give you any napkins with your meal unless you ask for them. The server/cashier said it was to keep cost down.. they don't clean the table numbers either before putting them back into the holder on the kiosk.. the customer that had table number 36 was sick. He has constantly coughing and rubbing his nose and face. The server/ cashier collected the table number and put it back into kiosk holder never cleaning the number or the sick customer table .. hmm maybe if the sick customer had access to napkins he would have not needed to wipe his nose with his hand.

Probably one of the worst McDonalds, specially the morning. They never want to take your orders around 4am and if they do, they will take forever. Used to be a very good location, wonder what happened?
The app was acting up and charged me but didn't put my order thru. I showed the manager on my phone where I got charged and they made the food for me hot and fresh no problem no extra charge. They were very nice about it

I’m a truck driver and the first time they gave me sausage instead of steak and this time I discovered the issue while I was eating, sausage instead of steak. So this time I went back with the partially eaten plate and told them the problem with my food. They took the food from me and gave it back to me after 2minutes and told me it’s fixed. I walked back to my truck and found out they just took the sausage off and slap the steak on. ???. If that’s what you were going to do then just give me the steak instead of taking the food from me.
