Ordered the works and added whiz, and chicken tenders basket for my kiddo. First cheese steak I've had in years that wasn't disappointing, and my picky kid finished the tenders! The fries were crispy and fluffy. The interior was clean, no frills, but smelled of grease. Will definitely return.

Do not order from here, placed online orders through seemless and when my driver arrived to pick the food up there wasnt even anyone here despite charging all our cards and sending a text message confirmation. Now im having ahard time getting our money refunded

Food was decent and flavorful. The service was okay but they were busy doing their own thing when I was there. The cook was somewhere else for a while before they started my food. The big problem was the roaches running across the table I was seated at while I was eating. I will not return.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but sadly, my recent visit left me disappointed. This place used to have such vibrant flavors and fresh ingredients, but something has changed.
The #2 on menu that I always get was not the same as previous times. Meat was dry and lacked seasoning, and the cheese didn’t add any real flavor—it just kind of sat there. Even the bread, which is usually a highlight of a good cheesesteak, was stale and didn’t complement the sandwich at all.
The staff were friendly, but the food is what kept me coming back—and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the standard I remember. I’m hoping this was just an off day, but right now, it feels like the quality has slipped. I really hope they get back to what made them great.

This place used to be one of our favorites but it has gone downhill. We had 2 different orders and both were flavorless. One of them came with yellow cheese and the cheese looked like it was watered down. We were so disappointed. Also there were several sodas not available at the fountain machine.

Went during my lunch break with a couple coworkers, food took a while to come out and as we were eating a roach came out. Had to throw the food away.

Health issue. Food is great but this last time i placed an order, there was a 5’3 hispanic woman behind the counter coughing loudly all over my food and other customers bags. She coughed into her hand and started using that same hand to place items into my bag. She went into the kitchen coughing still, to get more phillies and didn’t use sanitizer or wash her hands. I tried to return the food and she denied that she was the person coughing. She tried to say that it was a different woman who had already left for the day. That worker needs to be let go

Ordered a take out order today 11/7/2024 & upon opening my food I seen something move and upon my investigation I realized it was a roach that crawled out of my food. I am beyond disturbed and will NEVER eat from this place again.
