Me and my boyfriend visited this location today because my older brother had given us a gift card and everything was fine until we got home and started eating. I found a nail in my food and was extremely disgusted to say the least, I proceeded to call the store to speak to a manager and she did not seem to care stating that her employees are trained on cleanliness and offered me a replacement meal. I myself work in a fine dining restaurant in Friendswood and I know if your employees are actually trained on cleanliness there wouldn’t be nails in the food. Safe to say we won’t come here again and I highly recommend that others go to different locations or just don’t eat canes as well.

I went to Cane's for lunch with a coworker. The food was great and service was good, until I asked for a refill of lemonade. I was told there is a $1 up charge. I have never been charged an upcharge for a refill at any Cane's location. Plus it doesn't even say that on the menu 🤔. So I refilled my cup with soda. So they get a two star rating for making up imaginary rules. Probably won't go there again!

Question.. Why is the drive thru so small? The entrance to the drive thru is any pickup truck owners nightmare. Food is alright i prefer the fairmont location because the food is fresher and my truck actually fits in that drive thru

I ordered a sandwich combo with two extra toasts, side of fries, and canes sauce but when we got our food and left we didn't get the side of fries, however on our receipt we paid for the fries. Wasted a couple of our dollars

My kids and I can in for lunch and of course Canes never disappoints… Staff was very courteous and quick, as soon as somebody even parks their already saying “car parking” or “3 up” letting other team members aware of customers coming in and staff preparing for fast service… Definitely coming back ?

Love Cane's, but I need my chicken cooked a little more crispy. The last few times I got take out, I had to air fry the chicken.
