I love this Shipley's. My favorite Shipleys honestly. BUT every time I go through the DRIVETHRU I ask for GLAZED chocolate donuts. I confirm like 3-4 times I do not want ICED chocolate but every time y'all give me ICED. I just left and I asked for black coffee as well and it's definitely not a black coffee. It pisses me off that I can't trust the drive thru ever to get my order right. And my wife always complains of the same problem. If your just going to give me ICED donuts as default every time then don't even confirm with me that they are glazed anymore.

Great donuts! Horrible Customer Service! Placed an order 14 hours in advance. Showed up at 7am to pick up my order. Order was not ready. Was told it would take 30 minutes even I ordered day before. They didn't have everything to fill my order, but told me I couldn't get my money back. $190 order and I got what they wanted to give me. Not what I ordered and it was 35 minutes late and I was late for work.

I’m getting so tired of placing my order and no one understands English. Then, after second and third attempt those guys get mad at me because I don’t understand Spanish. With my third attempt at my order, then my order is often wrong. All sound like illegals to me. I need to stop using this restaurant. Disrespectful.

I do absolutely love Shipleys, and the food is ALWAYS excellent and fresh! Service in the mornings is terrible though. Need 2 people on the window.. one taking orders, one filling them. Will definitely help. Otherwise, absolutely love this place!

I come to this Shipley’s once or twice a month. I prefer to come inside rather than use the drive thru I always come early morning.
Sign says they open at 5am but every time I’ve come the drive thru is open but the lobby is closed. Nowhere does it indicate the times are different.
Today I stood outside for 25 minutes after 5. Workers saw me but no one came to open the door. A bit chilly outside too. I finally left.
If the lobby has different times fine. Just needs to be updated or clarified.
