Haven’t been here in a long time, attitudes as soon as you walk in, i ignore it make my order asked hey can you up size for free today it’s Friday? Lady rolled her eyes and was like I would have to ring up again. I was like it’s ok thank you don’t worry about it, mind you i was the only one there, no line or overly busy horrible service. Suggestion even if they have signs of promotions be upbeat about it “ hey we have free upsize Friday! Would you like to upsize ?” Not roll your eyes when asked about a promotion

My husband and I ordered 4 acai bowls, there was 2 guys working.. a younger guy and an older guy. When he ordered the bowls, the older guys said “ugh we were having a great day”. You work at smoothie king.. not sure what else you were expecting? If you don't like doing your job, then you should go work somewhere else.

The skinny short guy behind the counter has the worst attitude. He doesn't address anyone when they approach the counter. Instead, he glares at the customer until they speak. I'll go somewhere else where the staff doesn't treat the customers like garbage.

I have never had any issues with this location. The service, speed and quality are all very consistent. I really like The Hulk cold brew smoothie and my wife likes the veggie apple kiwi kale. The only reason I have this a 4 star is because the prices are unbearable unless you go on Friday. I really hope this place sees some cost reductions in the future but if not I’ll just continue keeping it strictly Fridays lol!
