Service is a joke had to drive up after waiting at the speaker with no one answering. The lady she was the only one on the mic but there was literally no one here except for myself. She said she was taking other orders but again no one else was here. The staff seemed to be aimlessly wondering around. This location has fallen apart

The service was the best and fast, although I ordered the salted caramel toffee bites but when I got them there seemed to be no sugar or anything on them🤮how could you forget the main part?😭

I ordered my food thru uber eats and first off it took an hour for my driver to get it, only being the third person in drive thru, second our food was cold, and final i ordered a chicken sandwich meal and the chicken was RAW. i tried calling the restaurant but it wouldn't go thru. please train your cooking team to know how to make sure the meat is cooked all the way!

Is been several times that i never get my food, im a dasher and they always put me to wait for 30 mins and i keep telling them about the food and they always respond it will be out, i have to cancel the order and i don't think is fear for the person that is waiting for their food and for me that im waisting my time for nothing, and amployeees are always chilling outside while the cars are waiting, smh 🤨

It’s always something with this location! I don’t think I’ve ever had a visit go extremely well and everything in my order be correct. I went today to pick up a mobile order. It was brought to me without a receipt, without the condiments that I ordered, my pretzels were burnt and didn’t include the cheese sauce they come with. My half tea/half lemonade was lemonade with a splash of tea in it which made it just taste like watered down lemonade. It’s not like they were busy. They just suck and are letting 16 year olds run the place.

I don’t even remember the last time I went to Sonic, but I wanted a Cherry Limeade. I went through the drive thru and when I got my drink I could tell there was no syrup in the sprite. I told the cashier that the drink was carbonated, she gave me an ugly look, took it back and just remade it the same way! Obviously she didn’t know what ā€œ it’s carbonatedā€ means… so I left with a flavorless drink. Do better and hire staff who actually care about customer service.

I pulled up to sonic at 12:30am. Online it says they don’t close until 2am. I drove up to the speaker and waited a few minutes even said ā€œHelloā€ a couple of times. I thought maybe I needed to order at the window. Drove up to the window and not a person in sight. I don’t get easily upset so I drove around to the side thinking well if they are in the back office maybe I should press a button on the stall to order. I pressed and waited an additional 5 minutes in hopes that someone was in the bathroom. Nothing, not a person in sight.

If I could add the video evidence from dash cam, I would. Ordered a blue coconut CREAM slush, verified with the employee that I wanted blue coconut cream slush, blue coconut cream slush with ICE cream. Tasted funky, went back to see if they could remake it. The lady I’m assuming was the manager argued with me. Said I ordered it with sweet cream??? Then told me I ordered the blue coconut cream slush wrong. They need to do better with customer service, as someone that works in the service industry.

This location is consistently bad, particularly in the evening or at night. I've had several negative experiences here. They've forgotten to make my order before, and then gave me the wrong items when they finally fulfilled the order. Sometimes the food is just really poorly made or they forget customizations I paid for, or items are just completely missing. I've been the only customer before, and still the order took over 15 minutes to get to me, with the shake I ordered coming to me unmixed and with hardly any syrup. And tonight, I ordered ahead, arriving two or three minutes after placing my order, and there were hardly any customers. My food took over ten minutes to come out, and when it did, all of the food was cold from, as far as I could tell, just sitting in the kitchen. Tonight was the last time I will ever come to this location, even if it is the closest and most convenient. It's just not worth it. I would be willing to bet poor management or district mandated skeleton crews are to blame. This location is terrible. Do not come here.
