I spend about $20 to $30 a week at this store. I went in and asked the lady if I could get some ice in the smallest cup they have about half full. She said absolutely and turned around to get it but I guess she was told over their headset that I had to make a purchase to get about a handful of ice. So I politely said thank you and left. I went next door to Dutch Bros coffee, asked for some ice and they gave me the biggest cup they have full of it. Starbucks will never get my business again and Dutch Bros will.

I bought Frappuccino’s for my son and I, they were terrible. Tasted like shaved ice with no flavor. I definitely will never go back to the Center St. location.

Ordered curbside pickup, just to be forced into the hour wait drive thru line as the baristas friends sit inside the locked doors. Tried to ignore me and another party at the door also. Would NOT recommend to a friend.

This location needs some help. 3 visits and 3 times the wrong syrup was used. I finally called about it and was told my name would go in their book for a replacement. Went there a month later (I don't live in the area) and was told i needed to come back the next day. Seriously? Don't mess up 3 times in a row.
I went ahead and paid for this drink and it was fine!
They just need to pay attention to what they are doing.

I wasn't sure if to give 1 star or 5.
I did a mobile order and when I went ti pick up there was 2 women sitting near order pick up and they had my order on the table right next to them. They grabbed it from order pick up and took it and placed in on a table next to them! One woman looked right at me and took a sip from MY order! I asked her if that was mine and she says "yes I'm sorry" I asked if she just took a sip and she once again says "yes I'm sorry". That's where I give 1 star. Because of how easily someone can grab an order that isn't theirs. She put on her sunglasses so she's not recognized. Coward.
The 5 star is for the employees! I told them what happened and they made me new drinks and gave me new desserts because I wasn't going to trust it after that woman grabbed my order and took it to her table. The very nice employees very quickly remade my order and packed new desserts for me. And the woman employee that asked the other woman to leave, thank you! I didn't get a chance to thank you before I left. But thank you and thanks to the employees that were there. You all deserve 5 stars.

This management and staff are highly rude and inattentive. I walked inside, the seats and tables look dirty, trash on floors, and trash can overflowing. The lady who took my order walked away while taking my order before I scanned my card to pay, leaving someone else to come and ask me if I would like a receipt. The staff is too busy talking about themselves to each other to address the customers in front of them. This entire staff needs a lesson in customer service and how to take pride in the place that they work in. Management should be ashamed of themselves. I will not be back to this location.

This locations manager has a rule about allowing the barista to fill your trenta drink to the top of you request no ice be added. I had to call Starbucks customer service several times to ask if this is an actual policy and I can’t get a clear answer I have however had either monies and or stars refunded back to my account. I will
Continue to call and complain until someone higher up can give me some clarification.

I went through the drive thru originally for my order but it was messed up so I went around again to ask for a refund. I was told by a short woman with face piercings, if I wanted my money back. I would have to park and come inside. Starbucks barista messed up my order but I’ve gotta park and come inside for my money back? Terrible customer service at this location and I will not be returning.
