I got two bacon and Gouda one came without bacon. I got a drink and the lady made it completely wrong and when I got my drink, it was not filled up all the way She forgot to add half the things I asked for in the drink

I went today, got some drinks including a Caramel Machiato I asked if I could get it warm, they gave it to me burning hot and I burned my tongue, when I asked if they could fix it they pour milk on it was cold and tasted nothing but milk, the two girls in the front at cashier where laughing and making faces at each other , I go to that Starbucks every single day and spend over $30 but today I had enough, they seem to never get anything right and on top they are rude !

I went in on Sunday and I ordered a sugar cookie latte. I did not enjoy that. I went to the register and let them know I did not like it and asked if I could get something else. Lana was so kind and understanding. Not only did she let me switch out my drink free of charge but she asked me what flavors I like and made me a sample of something she drinks that she said I may like and it has now become my new regular order! Love the girls at this location but I want to give a special thanks to Lana for the new drink.

If I’m paying for a 7 dollar drink it shouldn’t taste like straight milk. I have ordered a matcha from this location twice now the first time it was like a third of foam and tasted like milk no matcha what so ever. The second time was today, i asked for a matcha latte light ice with vanilla. I was given a hot drink that’s almost white, I told the barista it isn’t what I ordered and she rolled her eyes at me. This location is every rude, and don’t make drinks correctly.

today i went in the morning and the girl in the window with the gold nose piercing was not kind the only thing that is good about this starbucks is that it’s close to where i live , everytime i go here the girls working there always look like they hate there life’s . they don’t smile and they’re not kind the drinks are fine but they really need to work on there customer service .

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for the past 5 years. I get the same coffee everyday. The past 2 mornings my coffee has was so terrible that it wasn’t drinkable. This morning I had the time to return it. Not only was the coffee sour. It had a thick gelatinous layer floating on the top of the coffee. It had the consistency of a thick gravy. So upsetting not being able to go to the Starbucks local to me any longer.

This is a solid three-star Starbucks. I'm going to recommend Starbucks do away with in-store music. It does nothing to improve the experience for the customer. Most people hanging out in a Starbucks more than a couple of minutes are either trying to get work done or they are having a conversation. I dare say zero people go to Starbucks for entertainment. Starbucks are already noisy, normal coffee shop noises, but the music on top of it, especially at this Starbucks with a lot of bass and a repeating loop of what sounded like a drum line, rapidly becomes maddening.
Otherwise, this Starbucks served its purpose. The drink tasted good, the dining room was clean, no vagrants living inside or outside, and the bathroom was nice. It's long past time to either keep the hand sanitizer containers stocked or remove them.

i have ordered from this starbucks 10-15 times because it’s close to my work. i am not exaggerating when i say they’ve gotten my order wrong every. single. time. today they put a frappucino label (which i ordered) on a hot drink (which i did not order). it feels deliberate at this point.
