Starbucks I'm done with y'allReason #1 I don't see employee's with my skin color.Reason #2 The employee's are entitled.The store in Baytown,TX makes it clear they don't want us in there...I visited all three in Pasadena, Tx the one on Pasadena and Center went there asked for Carmel ribbon frappuccino with almond milk and was given whole milk...when I asked about the almond milk I was told in a rude tone that " you didn't say almond milk" I said yes I did, then she says smartly "you want me to make another one?" My response was OHH No. Now customer service would have been..I'm sorry I didn't hear you.Spencer and beltway8 ... I ordered from the app same drink with almond milk..I do get the whipped cream on it. .so when I arrive at the store and see my drink I say this is not right...the employee take the drink and toss it into another cup and slide it to me kinda forceful and she caught herself and then took it back and then gently pushed it to me.

I go here at least 3 times a week and buy the same thing. Always tip! I ask them every time to coat the cup with extra caramel and extra toppings. Always say please. I pay for the extra caramel and extra toppings. The last 4 weeks Even though I am charged for the extra caramel and extra toppings and tip on top of that, I do not get what I pay for. Last few times they have put no caramel that I can even see and no toppings at all on top of tha staff always has an attitude. If you dont want to make what people are ordering and paying extra for then why even work there? Other locations have no problem giving me what I order. Other locations are just way out of my way. I will not be going to this location anymore.

I think these people are actually slow, I've came here three times already and ordered the caramel ribbon crunch with extra caramel and extra crunch and line the cup and they always always never give me extra caramel or line the cup they're greedy with it. This place sucks go to the one on collage park. These people here are lazy and are just straight up stupid.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for the past 2/3 years and used to have the best customer service. The regular Starbucks Drive through girls are the sweetest. Felicity and I cant for the life of me remember the other girls name(shorter) they are usually super sweet. When its the other girls I dont get the customer service I did when the other manager I believe his name was Conner was there. I go almost every m-f and I know what my drink tastes like. I was told your order seems to be wrong lately. Well, yes my Nitro was room temperature for one(its supposed to be cold) & my coffee tastes off. I know they get busy and I myself work in customer service and I am pretty patient and respectful. I am dissapointed at the way it was said. It is not a cheap drink. And I go there almost daily. So if my coffee is not the same, Im going to call about it. This place used to have the worst customer service a few years ago, then was good when I believe Conner took over, it's back to its old ways.

Older lady working was extremely rude. I felt like a burden just for picking up an order.I go out of my way to smile and be polite to these hard working food industry workers because i know the job gets stressful... Maybe appreciate the kindness instead of being rude and making the whole experience awkward. Won't be coming back to this location.
It tastes exactly how you expect a Starbucks to taste. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I dunno how they always manage to sound so sincerely cheerful, but they do it ?
