It already sucks having your birthday the day after Christmas, but today Starbucks made me feel even worse.
Every year Starbucks gives me a free treat on my birthday. This year, when I showed up, the app wasn't working properly and my birthday gift wasn't showing.
I asked the employee about it, I have my I.D. on me showing it's my birthday but she didn't care, she wouldn't give me my free treat.
So I left empty handed, dissapointed, and embarrassed. On my birthday.

Waited 30 minutes in line for an online order. Was late to work. When I said something to the girl at the window she said we had a back up on food orders. This is not acceptable. And I couldnāt get out of the drive through to just pick up.

45 minutes for a coffee after I tipped them the max available option. Do not come here if you have time sensitive things to do or important places to be.

This is the second time I come here and someone of their staff approaches me while Iām studying, telling I have to buy something. That I canāt be here without getting something. I understand itās a business and of course the coffee chain wants you to purchase something while youāre using their space and WiFi. However, I find it very disrespectful to come to me to tell me that in front of other customers without even giving me the welcome first. I hadnāt even been here 10 minutes, when I was told that. First of all I DECIDE when I will purchase something while Iām sitting here. YOU have no right to mandate of me when I should do it while Iām here. Theyāre are so quick to tell you you NEED to purchase something but they sure donāt do their job right. Last time I was here I ordered a hot pumpkin late. I left without checking my order( why would I have to check my coffee inside) I was so upset to see that the coffee was about almost have way empty and no whip cream. I didnāt go back and say something as I would waste more time. Iāll I ask is to do your job and make the coffee how it should be put some care on what you do as the coffee is NOT CHEAP. Itās EXPENSIVE and I WORK HARD to PAY for it. With that being said next time you come up to me to tell me that I need to buy something and interrupt what Iām doing make sure YOUR STAFF DOES their job RIGHT. This is what my coffee look like and I hadnāt taken one sip of it NO WONDER it felt LIGHTER than usual.
The coffee was good but the time it took was ridiculous. Additionally, as I was leaving I opened the door and it was (unknowingly) damaged and swung back and knocked my coffee all over me. For a multi-million dollar business it should do better.

So like everyday I come here its literally super awesomeness, I love relaxing in the lounge and studying for my tests. Love the starbucks workers too, they're always a blast to talk to :)

My work around this area we oder drink here today 7 order everytime be ok but not good look like another location we order we never left any review but today all the drink so bad not even coffee5 not like coffee so sweet no favor at all and mago dragon fruit lemon š too sour,5 shot espresso 3 pumps white mocha so sweet i hope when they see us review and make better drink or can training the people make drink better and better....
Unlike some customers I do not care what my barista looks like or how they preferred to be referred to. Because they are making coffee. Because they are a barista.
The matcha Iāve had has been good here.
