Im usually not one to leave a bad review but this is probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.
I got a normal caramel macchiato with non-fat milk. Yet they made it with sugar free sweetener. In top of that, the barista let the shots of espresso sit for literally a minute while they got the milk and ice, moving at a snail pace. The shots expired and resulted in the drink tasting stale and bitter.

This is the worst and slowest group of people on the face of this planet. They are in no rush for you or anyone else. They will take every bit of their time to complete 1 single coffee order, even if you order 20 minutes ahead of time your order will still not be ready up upon arrival. I will never in my life come back to this Starbucks.

They gave me a venti hot drink but I ordered a venti iced and when we told them they gave me a small iced coffee…they weren’t busy. If they were busy I would understand but they kept messing up my order.

I often have issues with this place but it's close by so I continue to go, however today I went in & spoke with Angela, she was working the counter & she was just so nice to me. She seemed genuine in wanting to know why I was stressed. She took care of my issue & literally smiled such a warming smile the whole time. I really appreciate her service.
The Cashier Desiree is what brings me back. She is so kind and great with suggestions. She saved a lost cat once from traffic even. The only reason I come here!!!

They have a bad habit of not making your order correctly and when asked to fix or replace what was made incorrect they will just tell you that you either “ordered wrong” or that you “grabbed the wrong order” even if it has my name on the cup with all the correct details. I’m not asking for anything free but I do want what I paid for. Would’ve had no issue giving back the incorrect drink for the right one. Service here is awful. Which is a shame bc I’m aware it’s not all of them but certain employees being the whole establishment down.
