Frankly one of the rudest people I’ve encountered at a food place. Complains we ordered cookies too late, and further went on about everyone always orders cookies late, and do so when it’s only one employee. It was 8 pm they close at 10….the sandwich’s are the worst I ever gotten at subway, next to no meat, super stale bread, messy and unbalanced amount of ingredients…and we ordered cookies too 6 sandwich’s…all the same problems…

I am extremely upset (and that is not the word I wanted to use) I just did an online pick up order. 4 sandwiches NONE of which had cheese. I got 4 leafs of spinach, 2 cucumbers, and 3 banana peppers on my sandwich. Asked for “more” black olives and I’m not counting those but it’s definitely not what I usually get when I ask for extra. I tried to call and complain but surprise, the phone number doesn’t work. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Came in and got two 6 inch subs for lunch while on break, the lady behind the counter who made my sandwich when ringing me up said “no tip?” To which I replied “no”, to which she replied with “okay I’ll remember you next time”. I wasn’t aware we were now responsible to tip at subway. I also wasn’t aware employees can just talk to you that way regarding giving them a tip. $16.47 for two 6 inch subs by the way, I’m old enough to remember when it was $5 for a footlong.

It's late I understand but we went 20 minutes prior to closing. We had a long day and needed a quick meal and knew what we wanted. You don't start closing until it is CLOSED and you don't tell the customer rude remarks. If you don't want to work go home. Hopefully his day gets better and whatever he's going through he gets over it.
I went twice, first time they barely put any meat and they have bad customer service the second time was recent the hispanic lady was mean she acted like she didn't understand me and she walked off till another lady came to help me she was kind but in the midst of it they ruined it they were talking bad about a customer calling him fat in Spanish and how they can't believe that he's on "a diet" while he's picking out a cookie, the lady had the audacity to ask the guy in English at the end for a tip. DO NOT TIP, save your money go to a small owned business that will treat you better and give you what you pay for.
