My mother comes here all the time the manager was very rude to her when she expressed she doesn’t want to argue & she didn’t understand why he was arguing with her he slammed the door & told her to pull around & reorder because there’s other customers my mother is an older woman 65 years old to be exact nicest lady you’d ever meet & I didn’t appreciate that & neither did she

the food is great its really good and the service is self service for drinks and the menu is self service but the food is always great the place is clean and smells good the building is great and the view is pretty good too

It's been years since going inside I guess I won't be back. Seems like this is what they want. The tablet I got froze at the end of my order so I asked for help. They told me that one doesn't work and I have to use the other one. So they know about the problem. I asked if they could put a sticker for the next person so they won't waste their time. I was told I had to talk to the manager about that. Not that they will talk with them. Probably above her pay to go out her way to talk to the manager. So I just walked out. No attitude both ways.

I come here all the time and always do mobile orders. It's very hit or miss on the time it takes to get my simple order. I've waited several times now over 20 minutes for a cravings box. Edit: I got my order and it was incorrect after waiting all that time.

They will not take your order unless you use the AI in the drive through that does not work. If you order ahead or door dash your order is ALWAYS wrong.

Everything was pretty good except that I still don't like the size difference between soft drinks and frozen drinks. Both of these are large. Keep sizes the same and change the prices. Of course, you would probably increase it to above $5 for the frozen drink.
The workers behind the counter just look at you and walk away. Standing in the back just laughing it up. It took 5 mins for somebody to come up to me just for some hot sauce. They didn’t even put in the bag

Horrible! I went inside to get my order because the drive through was longggg! And I told them about my order I was waiting on and 15 min later! Nothing!!! I noticed that all they were making was drive through orders! There was customers waiting as long as me and their orders weren’t being made! Please train them to be able to manage BOTH inside and drive through customers FAIRLY.
