This location is always clean. All employees are polite. The only reason I put 4 stars is because I feel they could add a bit more meat in the meals.

Horrible! I went inside to get my order because the drive through was longggg! And I told them about my order I was waiting on and 15 min later! Nothing!!! I noticed that all they were making was drive through orders! There was customers waiting as long as me and their orders weren’t being made! Please train them to be able to manage BOTH inside and drive through customers FAIRLY.

Lol! They replaced the drive thru person that takes orders with a robot! And after pulling up and talking about it I can see exactly why. These kids are so socially awkward they can't even look you in the eye and hold a conversation. So sad...

I think putting kiosks in your restraunt is the dumbest and laziest thing yall could have done. I dealt with the rising prices, but this is just ridiculous DO BETTER TACO BELL. Stop being lazy!!!!

I have visited on 4 different days to order food for my wife, my daughter, and myself. Each time I left without getting all of what I paid for. Infuriating! It's turned into a pizza hut where there's only a waiting area instead of any substantial place to sit down and eat. Get it, and get out model.
I grew up going to this place with friends and was economical and enjoyable. Now, employees aren't even aware of Taco Bell offerings. I get stiffed every time.

They left two items out of our order, I was given the wrong taco. The employees there don't know the menu and don't care enough to learn it. I get that it's not a great job, but I paid for $12 worth of food I didn't get. What I did get was missing cheese and looked like they threw it at the wrapping and wadded it up in a ball. The last time they took $5 of my money. I bet the employees are finding a way to cheat the system and pocket the money from the items they didn't give me. It has happened all three times we have tried to eat there since March. I guess I will have to drive to Laporte the next time I want to get a stomach bug.
