The food itself was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly. I immediately noticed that the fries were different. A quick Google search told me they’ve changed from fresh cut fries to frozen. Half of the reason I order from here is for the fresh cut fries with the ranch. I’m very disappointing by this change.

Brooke who claims to be shift lead, has a horrible customer service. After they missed part of my order they wanted to give the ones they had sitting on their shelf because they forgot to put it in my bag. When I asked for a refund instead they said I had to bring the rest of the order back. Asked to speak to a manager apparently there is none.

was really looking forward to trying the Lemon Pepper and Mexican Street Corn wings from Wingstop, but unfortunately, both flavors seriously missed the mark. The wings were bland and underseasoned—completely lacking the bold, zesty flavor you’d expect, especially from lemon pepper. The Mexican Street Corn wings were even more disappointing: barely any seasoning, no real flavor punch, and definitely not worth the hype.
To make it worse, the “large” fry portion we ordered was tiny—definitely not enough for even one person, let alone to share. And to top it all off, we didn’t receive the dips we paid for.
Overall, it felt rushed and lazy, like no one cared about the flavor or the order details. I usually enjoy Wingstop, but this time was a total letdown. Won’t be ordering these flavors again.

Wow, ordered delivery 5pc Cajun corn got 4 I ordered 10pc wings received 4pc Cajun & 5pc honey rub- cutting corners when I rarely get my veggie sticks is not an acceptable outcome. I will order carry out from now on and will pick up from any other location but this one!!! I do not recommend this location to anyone!!!
