My mom ordered thru DoorDash we order a gringa and a asada fries first the gringa didn’t have enough meat it was a small portion of meat second the asada fries were cold . We paid 20 dllr for this . And we asked the owner if he can remake the gringa and he said in Spanish “no Ala otra que traguen aquí y si quieren si no está la puerta “ how rude is old men and one of the cocks is like we paid for the food , we didn’t ask for free food. Don’t eat there never . the old men (lozano ) and one of the cocks is rude with customers and employees.

We placed our order at 6:20 said it would be ready by 6:44. My husband went for the food at 6:50 and the lady told him the order wasn’t ready yet. Fine no problem. My problem is that we didn’t get our food till 7:20! And people were going and placing their orders and they were getting their food while we were still waiting. That’s insane. The girl that was working needs to work on her customer service and update the customer how much longer the food will be taking instead of having a staring contest with the customers and not saying anything about the order. Love ajillos but today was a let down…

The menu is small but I like the limited options. As a result the food is very flavorful. The salsa is AMAZING, it has a very unique taste with the heat level above average. If you like spicy you will love this. I had the tacos and pozole wich come dressed up with everything. This is my favorite place for authentic Mexican food.

Ajillos is a small restaurant just off the main road. But don’t let the small size fool you. I’ve eaten here a number of times and the food is always outstanding! The ladies who take your order are just great and can make a good recommendation for you. The place is clean and comfortable.
