I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches, instead of giving me chicken patties, they put 2 chicken tenders on my sandwich. Lazy people in there.

Showed up at noon on 11/17. Both workers were sitting at a desk in the back shoveling food into their mouths. Neither addressed us at the counter even though they looked a couple of times. The lack of service or interest in their jobs has happened on quite a few occasions at this location.

Alright - so the last two times I've gone, they've been closed because of construction.
I'll speak on previous visits.
The location is attached to a truck stop. The food is good quality Arby's. I prefer the gyros (pretty damn good gyros if you ask me). My lady prefers the standard Arby's sandwiches.
The cookies and the shakes are excellent.
Drive thru service is not too long and the employees are courteous.
I hope the content and quality doesn't change after they re-open.

Expect a long wait time regardless if it’s packed or completely empty. This location will have multiple employees just standing around with one doing all the work. Had to wait 20+ mins for a 1 Meal Order is insane and the restaurant was completely empty.

Everything comes out nice and hot. The food is great, just check your bag before you leave.
In the 3 visits I've had to the restraunt. I can safely say. Check your orders before you drive off. 2/3 my orders have been wrong. I'd understand if it's rush hour or something of that manner. But that has not been the case. I will safely say, I won't be ordering from this Arby's again.I would think advertising bacon on a certain a meal guarantees bacon on your sandwich upon purchase. Bacon~How can you forget the bacon? Also if I order a wrap, how do you get that confused with a gyro? Been to plenty of Arby's outside of town but this one just isn't it.

Walked in today for the first time, excited that for one month of every year, Arby's sells a Fish Sandwich. There are 2 employees together, one leaves. I tell the other one, I'd like a Fish Sandwich. She says, I'm sorry but we don't have any fish right now.Why would I try another visit?

The first time we went in to eat we were the only ones in there and it took forever to get our food and not too friendly service. We decided to give it a second try because we saw so much on tv about the fish sandwich. We were told they were out of fish. Ok I’ll order a Rueben sandwich. Sorry we are out of Rueben. I said goodbye and ate at McAlister’s.
