Recently their evening drive thru person has been horrible. Having thr order wrong and bad customer service overall.

They always miss something I order whoppers with cheese and what they forget the cheese! And not even a sorry I got she tried to act like she didnt know spanish so i talked english worst place ever wasted gas and not even a sorry from the manger she was a short white female i think her name was

Disappointed with Late-Night Service
I really appreciate that this Burger King is open 24/7, but the late-night service at this location has been extremely disappointing. On two separate occasions, I’ve tried to place an order late at night and the woman working the night shift completely ignored both the phone and the drive-thru. When I finally did get service, my order was wrong, and the customer service was honestly terriblerude and inattentive.
It’s frustrating because the 24/7 option is great in theory, but what’s the point if the person working can’t be bothered to do the job properly? It feels like a total waste of time and money. BK needs to seriously reevaluate who’s running the night shift at this location.

The services grade the food is good clean
I ordered online and went thru drive thru to get my food. Got my recipe at 6:36am and they asked me to park in front cause it would take about 6 minutes for the chicken. I said sure no problem. At 7:01 am I still hadn’t gotten my food. Over 20 minutes wait. I had to go in and get it. The employees were just standing there talking and my order was under the lamp. She said oh the fries just got ready. Not true. They were old. And the sandwiches I ordered weren’t hot only warm from sitting.
What’s the point of being a 24 hours business if no one gonna answer you when you pull up? The girl gave the worse serves and i literally had to drive around three times before anyone answered me. Called twice and my calls were being declined. Never again. If I could warn yall not to waste your time here without leaving a star I would cause one star is me being generous.
No impossible whopper or options offered vastly at other BKs worldwide.

It was dog food. They just toss stuff together and call it good. They dont even use the correct buns. I eat BK alot but never this one again.
They take forever here.. people in the drive thru just give up and drive off ..they need a manager or the owner needs to check up on this place

Today's visit was not at all pleasant, building had no A/C , fountain drink machine was not working, Icee machine was also not working. Tables were not being cleaned or kept up with. In the kitchen there was food on the floor. I know who ever reads this might think I'm being critical, but let me remind everyone this is a food establishment, the last thing anybody wants is to sit down in a dirty establishment with Flys 🪰 every where.
