I came by one day to get some food before I headed out of town. The person taking my order in the drive thru, Lizzy was so sweet. she’s the only reason I’m not completely giving the service zero stars. She had a smile on her face even with how cold it was outside. She asked if I had the app which I always forget to scan. I’m not great with the app but she showed me how to redeem rewards. I was so pleased with the first half of the service that when I got to the window and the guy named Johnathon completely forgot my sauces I was surprised. I get it was a rush but why ask if you aren’t going to put the effort into making sure I receive my sauces.

I’m extremely disappointed with the behavior I witnessed from two employees at this Chick-fil-A. A team member named Ashley made several inappropriate remarks about my husband, openly saying how “hot” he was while he was standing right there. Her comments were disrespectful, uncalled for, and made him feel very uncomfortable. What’s even worse is that Ruth, the supervisor, was also involved and allowed this kind of behavior to happen. Every time I’ve come in and she’s been on shift, there’s always an issue, whether it’s her attitude, tone, or lack of professionalism. Both employees showed zero respect for customers or the people around them. Because of this experience, my husband and I will not be returning to this location. I truly hope management takes this matter seriously and holds their staff accountable for creating such an uncomfortable environment.

A wonderful Chick-fil-A, but has room for improvement. Always friendly staff, but the men's restroom has been lackluster and dirty (for a CFA) my last several visits. Staff at this location never seem to patrol for refills, which is disappointing.

There’s a team leader by the name of Kyana at the Del Rio, TX Chick-fil-A. She has been very rude toward both guests and team members, as I have seen from my own point of view in the drive-thru and dining room. Her attitude creates an uncomfortable environment and does not reflect the friendly and respectful service Chick-fil-A is known for. This behavior creates a negative atmosphere that goes against Chick-fil-A’s values of kindness and excellent customer service. Additionally, when orders are incorrect, she refuses to fix them or assist customers properly, which causes even more frustration—not just for me, but for several other guests as well. I hope this issue is looked into seriously, as it’s affecting the overall experience at this location. Honestly, I don’t think her operations directors should allow her to remain in the position she’s in, and I hope Chick-fil-A Del Rio does better moving forward!

Place is very dirty,
Rugs not vacuumed
Counters filthy, tables are not clean and it looks like the floor have not been swept ,
Kids play-station very filthy in general.
I’m super sad, my family really enjoyed this place when it opened,,,
Please keep it clean for all of us that love this place.
