“Yesterday I stopped at Teriyaki Madness to get some food. As I was waiting to place my order, I overheard one of the employees speaking to the other employees about tending to the cleanliness of the kitchen in great detail. I had to make a point to speak to her and thank her for amazing work work ethic. Now a day's, her type of work ethic is, unfortunately, rare. In requesting to speak with her to thank her personally, I discovered her name is Mo. It was so refreshing to see, here, and know that there are still people, like Mo, out here that have her type of work ethic, professionalism, and delightful customer service. Jayda at the register was wonderful as well. Her beautiful welcoming smile made my trip to Teriyaki Madness a great one. Kuddos to these two amazing women! The food was hot and cooked well. Great flavor! Good job to the line cooks as well! My family and I will definitely be making the drive to eat here more often. -Christina“

“I have never had such an amazing experience in a KFC as I did at the one in Del Rio. The cashier was very clear that my family and I would have to wait 10 minutes to get our chicken, and boy was the wait worth it! The chicken was delicious and very crispy! Every worker was very attentive and happy to help whenever needed. The manager even threw in some apple desserts for the wait. I am very pleased with their customer service and although I am not a local, I will happily stop here whenever passing by!“
