Went the other day and my chicken was pink and under cooked you could tell the whole order was rushed we went back and they just put our chicken back in the fryer and gave it back to us

Definitely not my best experience smh. Brand new to Del Rio and wanted some chicken and gizzards. Heard of a restaurant called Memes Kitchen but they were too packed. Saw Golden Chick and I’m typically a huge fan. When I got to the speaker I asked the gentleman if they had gizzards. He said they do but they didn’t want to cook any ?. Mind you they don’t close for another 4 hrs at this point lol. I said “wow ok,” and he replied with they will cook them but it’ll take THIRTY MINUTES to cook smh. Another note, I’m literally the only customer in the drive through. I told him I couldn’t wait that long, and ordered a 3 piece meal and 2 pieces of fish. I somewhat blame myself for not checking before leaving but I only received a 2 piece while being charged for 3 smh. Y’all have to do better Del Rio Golden Chick on Ave F smh

Wheelchair accessibility: They had a wheelchair ramp and handicapped parking

Service at this place is horrible. They waited until I paid for my order and than they told me they did not have white chicken. After they gave me the order I told them I was missing the rolls and the employee's answer was "oh sorry but we don't have rolls anymore ". This was my first time buying golden chick and was also the last one. We came to visit family in Delrio and found several good places to eat but definitely not fried chicken from golden chick.

We (my mother and I) knew the best fried okra was at Golden Chic here in Del Rio, but I was delighted with the golden tenders family meal. Good price excellent service and superior drive-thru experience. Thank you. ?

Went in,ordered fish dinner & salad.Fish was not much fillet,thin meat,batter was to thick and extremely dry- had salad it was almost wilted,Ask for 3 jalapeño.50 each,wow,no flavor,very small and like trying to eat through shoe leather,tough,Food here has gone down in quality.The tea was good.
