everything taste great,but the croissants cost around $5(by the way that's not cheap) and most of the time they start going bad within 3 days ( getting gray with mold),also the HEB yellow corn tortillas have changed,they get to a point when you heat them up either you don't heat them to much and they are mushy or if you heat them past that they get hard(can't fold them),I will no longer buy them !

I usually love my H‑E‑B but today was an unusual circumstance. All self check out lanes were closed and only one checker with line backed up easily to 12 carts. I saw several people who stopped before going to work have to leave due to time crunch (myself included). Sorry HEB but not the best customer experience today.

Today is our youngest birthday and I ordered a cake at our local HEB. When they called to let me know of sold out items I mentioned it was okay just that the cake was most important since it was my daughter's birthday. When we arrived the customer service professional came out with the cake, and surprise balloons and a card for our birthday girl. It was such a surprise and made all our day! How sweet was that thought, truly reinforced how great this chain and its workers are! Thank yall so much!

Always go to this store. Great customer service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. today my issue was rude customers. why can't people just calm down and be courteous and respectful of their elders.

They are not only very helpful, friendly and very patient and tolerant with the people whose emotions and stress running high and low through the ups and downs this pandemic has on the community, and the whole nation.
