I have never had such an amazing experience in a KFC as I did at the one in Del Rio. The cashier was very clear that my family and I would have to wait 10 minutes to get our chicken, and boy was the wait worth it! The chicken was delicious and very crispy! Every worker was very attentive and happy to help whenever needed. The manager even threw in some apple desserts for the wait. I am very pleased with their customer service and although I am not a local, I will happily stop here whenever passing by!

The chicken tenders were small and dry.When the cashier told me to park on the side. The wait time was over 10 minutes. Twice I asked for no ice in my drink. When I returned it. The guy went in and out , and still gave me the same drink. I was given the wrong order. When the guy brought me my order .One of my sides was missing . I had to leave my car and go inside to get my missing side item. As much as I like KFC . I stopped ordering from there.

We've been here 3 times. First visit 2 years ago was good. Second visit 2024, not great but not bad enough to complain but we did learn from this visit, kfc mac & cheese is supremely gross. This 3rd visit confirms we will buy chicken elsewhere. Spent $42. Chicken pieces were very dark, greasy, and I have never seen such a tiny chicken breast or had drier white meat. We believe these pieces were sitting under a heat lamp for a long time. Thanks but No Thanks. AND, I added a gift card to the app that does not show up, so KFC actually stole my money!

How can this place even b open !!!! I guess that's how del Rio people like to live. Omg this place is so filthy...to its extreme!!!!! Can't believe they have had a inspection from the city health affairs. This pictures are real and the smell to this place is disgusting. They have a mouse trap...if you see the pic , I believe there was a tail of a mouse. Never seen anything like this

The cashier didn't know how to work the register and overcharged us. When I spoke to the manager he informed that yes they did overcharge us but he couldn't give us a refund. How is that even legal. This is on top of the many times they've messed up my order. I will not be going back to kfc.

Anyone who says the service is quick is a liar. This is probably the worst KFC in Texas, and that's definitely saying something. Let me save you some time and recommend eating at Golden Chick instead.
