Today, I was looking forward to eating Long John's, I love it! But I was a little disappointed with the food. First of all, I didn't ask for tartar sauce. I waited for the girl to open the window again, but she went away and wasn't there, so I couldn't get her attention to ask for it. Next, I didn't get my drink, which I paid for and I couldn't ask for it because she was gone. It was a if they were not in the mood to provide good service. And lastly, the food was a little dry. Not the crispy batter that it usually is. Only hard and dry. 👎 Ugh, it was a sad situation. I would like to return but I'm afraid it will be the same. I'm hoping it was just a one time thing.

The service has improved a lot, it's not that it was bad but a big change is noticeable, and the food is still just as delicious as the first day I met the franchise, we have been customers for several years now and we will continue to be.Super recommended

Morning managers are unfair to there workers and steals food and hooks up her family with free food and blames the workers when there low and product. Flies everywhere morning crew Been working there for more than 30 years acts like they live there they never work afternoons ect.they need to fire everybody and get new workers. They always take food out before it's done that's why everything is cold or undercooked at nights

Not bad the burgers aren't to? good, there cold. The chilli cheese dog is pretty good and the chilli cheese fries to! The root beer taste a little like ice cream ??

Great restaurant to go eat with your sweetheart. I really enjoy getting the chicken and fish plate. She eats the fish and I eat the chicken. It is delicious.
