Was craving Long John's and I use to love the A & W food. This was not the same food. Over priced for the quality of food. I guess it can be said that nothing stays the same. The hamburger is maybe average, the fish was cooked well but lacked taste. The staff however was fantastic, very energetic and willing to help.

We went to have a quick dinner after a long day of working and were very pleased with our plate presentation! We don't eat at LJS often so it is a nice treat when we do, and the food was as delicious as we expected it to be. The dining areas were clean, and it was really quiet at the time we arrived for dinner. The employees were kind and patient.

Very friendly and sweet young lady working the drive thru. Went during lunch, food was fresh and very filling. Will come back soon. 🫶

Today, I was looking forward to eating Long John's, I love it! But I was a little disappointed with the food. First of all, I didn't ask for tartar sauce. I waited for the girl to open the window again, but she went away and wasn't there, so I couldn't get her attention to ask for it. Next, I didn't get my drink, which I paid for and I couldn't ask for it because she was gone. It was a if they were not in the mood to provide good service. And lastly, the food was a little dry. Not the crispy batter that it usually is. Only hard and dry. 👎 Ugh, it was a sad situation. I would like to return but I'm afraid it will be the same. I'm hoping it was just a one time thing.

Always a really good place to enjoy eating inside. The service associates are always friendly and respectful. The shrimp is my favourite.

Food was good but check your order-- they forgot the cheese curds.

The service has improved a lot, it's not that it was bad but a big change is noticeable, and the food is still just as delicious as the first day I met the franchise, we have been customers for several years now and we will continue to be.Super recommended
