Weird bread. Im sure its cheap so the margin can be higher but it has NO taste. Probably why their mustard is a rave.

Ordered through door dash. Rotel was watery. Chips were basically crumbs, not even big enough to use to dip. Chef salad , but no cutlery. Salad greens were brown. Terribly sub par food. I’m from the birth place of McAllisters. I know what it’s supposed to be like. This isn’t it. This is one step up from refuse.

It was my first time visiting this place and the last. Service was absolutely horrible they didn’t have an item that we ordered, when they clearly asked each other if there was “some” before we completed our order. They did let us pick another item which fixed that problem. They did not have sweet tea, one of there signature items and the employee rudely said “We don’t have it , your going to have to wait cause I have to make it.” Or something of the sort. There is different ways of going about it. I was actually shocked with wording of how things were said, and would say they need to work on customer service. The food was taken out to us and even with that experience the food wasn’t all that bad. I was honestly worried on how the food was going to be and regretted even ordering. Topping off everything I felt like we were a bother cause they started sweeping and mopping next to where we were sitting. Just really seems like they want to to hurry and leave. I have lived here for about 5 years and have never had an experience like this.
Great customer service. I haven’t been to Mcalisters for awhile cause last time I was there I was ignored by the two girls laughing in the kitchen. But this time WOW!! Greeted by not just the cashier but also management. Didn’t have to wait for ever for food or a to get a refill they came to me. The food was so good. What a change from the last time I was there. I will be going back!!

I was hesitant to make this review but the fact that they disparage autistic people is sickening to me and I couldn't keep my self from saying some thing. I'm sorry but if you have any empathy I would boycott this restaurant today. When the owner says his autistic niece can do a better job my stomach sank and I was sick to my stomach and walked out. Thank God my kids weren't with me so I don't have to explain this abhorrent behavior to them.... Shame on you

The employees left their children unattended in the booth next to me. All three of them were under 6. They were loud and made my meal highly unpleasant.

Ordered delivery through Doordash. Everything was good except the part of the order that was incorrect. For the Choose 2 I was supposed to get a half chicken buffalo spud but instead got a whole plain potato. That's a lot of money for something I can cook in the microwave in five minutes for 50¢. The half King Club was good. Too big to eat it all. My family enjoyed the Spicy Southwest Chicken and The Italian . We got a slice of Colossal Carrot Cake . It was good but very, very sweet. The slice was big enough for three.

Leave it to del rio to not have a half the food supposedly available. Ordered it online and got a call most of the items not available or wait half an hour.

This restaurant is awful, honestly needs franchise involvement for how bad it is. I try this place every time I’m in town for work, and 4 months in a row with different menu items it’s terrible. Don’t waste your money, the fresh food is inedible, packaged food is the only good thing here. Very disappointing.
See photo of burnt to a crisp spud that is rock hard all around. They said “no more spuds after this one” as I was paying, and they obviously knew they shouldn’t have served me the one they did.

I'd consider it a del rio hidden gem! We only just discovered it. It kind of gets overshadowed by the more-known Arby's and Papa john's, but im glad we decided to try this place out! The food is delicious and im obsessed with the lemon blueberry cookies! Parking for the whole strip is really sad tho, and the drive thru isn't really a drive thru, its for doordash or something. Little confusing at first but I prefer to go inside anyway lol its cozy and spacious inside! I assumed it was more fast food style cause if the vibe, but its not... You order at the front and they bring the food to you at your table, then they also bus the tables after you leave, so its more restaurant style.
I do highly recommend this place for just the food alone!! Nothing is better than a fantastic sammich!
Great food, somewhat a wait in line and slow but the food was good.
Had a nice lunch and a group with us. They attended to our children with great patience as well as to the adults present.
Awesome experience! Food was great, Hot and Fresh. Would recommend to a friend for sure 10/10
Bad service, young guy who took my order today had one AirPod in his ear the whole time and before he attended to me said “hey let me take this order really quick”, I ordered 4 sandwiches to go and a salad and he seemed really annoyed and turned to the lady behind him in the window making the sandwiches and laughed and said “sorry Alex” to her while making a face (sorry you have to work at a job that makes you do stuff I guess…) Never have I felt so uncomfortable ordering for food that I was paying for. And the Diet Coke had no carbonation, it was gross.
