This place suffers from lack of service. Super bad service and the place is dirty. Staff just walking around without a care in the world. Never mind that there is trash on the floors all under the tables, i guess it being dirty means nothing. Who knows maybe people dont mind the filth. I do hope the cook washed his hands before he made my order.

I have had many different Items off the menu and I can say, I could not pick my favorite. One day the weather was cold outside, and the bowl of Chile was so yummy, it was just what I needed. The manger is so personable, she greets me with a smile and big hello every time I walk in the restaurant. (she greets everyone that same way. ) I am so thrilled that Del Rio has McAlister's in Del Rio.

It's way too cold in there the food took almost an hour to come out the manager Carrie was super disrespectful probably going through her stupid menopause my table mind you was super dirty and sticky and when I asked to get it cleaned they ignored me and my husband and walked away

They passed out my food to the wrong person and made me wait an extra 10 minutes for my lunch.Then when presented with an online order I paid for in advance, the workers were clueless and when I called to confirm whether there was, in fact an order. They completely forgot about the order and pretended it never existed in the first place.I was reimbursed with meal tickets but I truly don’t think I’d come back, especially with the arguing of coworkers in the back.Okay food for a worse service, would not recommend if you’re in a time crunch.

The food is good, however the customer service is awful. Waited in the curbside pick up line for 45 minutes no one even came to the window. I had to call the store to get any service. Finally got my order and my baked potato had no toppings I ordered and paid extra for. This is not a one time occurrence every-time I order online I have issues. Once I drove all the way back after arriving home to realized my order was incomplete the cashier charged for what should have been included in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous very disappointed with this location corporate needs to get involved with the service issue.
