We arrived an hour before closing, which could account for the waiter being annoyed, or they may have been having a bad day; all other staff were friendly. The food was good, the prices were decent, and the view was beautiful.
Stopped going for about three years, for quality of the food was getting bad. Heard it was better and returned a couple of months ago and quality is back. Great food, excellent service, good pricing.
We love eating at Memos when we are in Del Rio. We had queso and quacamole and my main dish was tamales with chili con carne. The beer was cold as ice. The only downside - service is a bit slow.
