Pancakes in Del Rio, TX

“This is 2nd time I've been here. All day menu is a huge plus to those that don't always love breakfast. Unfortunately this time *opposed to 2 yrs ago* they seemed a little short staffed, so waitresses were a little spread out and hard to find at times. I got chicken strips and husband got an omlete. He said the whole hog omlete was good, but his hashbrowns tasted like they had been sitting on the plate for awhile before the omlete. Had to ask anyone passing for refills on drinks multiple times. Will probably still go back when in the Del Rio area, hopefully they can work the staffing out before then.“
