I asked for mushrooms and green peppers on only half since my daughter doesn’t like them, but it ended up on three fourths of the pizza. We had to quit getting a half chicken half pepperoni Because they couldn’t keep the pepperoni away from my half of the pizza, And since I can’t have beef or pork fat, that was a problem for me. I swear these people take no pride in doing their job correctly. 3 times now I’ve tried Papa John’s here in Del Rio and three times they have screwed it up. The only time I can have decent Papa John’s pizza is when I go visit my parents up north.

Great pizza, good customer service,Angel helped us out, and he has great customer service skills and is very professional.The pizza was awesome, you could tell the ingredients were fresh, and I love the little banana peppers they give you with your order.Will definitely order again from here way to go papa john team.

Ordered a pizza and a couple sauces. Got the pizzas and they forgot the sauces. Manager refused to give us the sauce or a refund of the sauces we paid for and told us tuff luck nothing they would do about it. 100% will not be back after the way they handled the situation .

Way less than impressed.The pizza was kind of soggy in the middle and bland. We ordered what online looked like Pepper Poppers. They were just cheesy bread sliced thin with 2 slices of Jalapeno on each little slice FOR SEVEN DOLLARS! They were not bad but not good but the prices utterly infuriated me.The only thing that was as actually good was the cookies.

I've had really good pizza from other Papa John's locations. Not this shop. Original crust is too thin. We had one order of Papa Bites that were WAY overcooked! They should have gone in the garbage and started the order over, never served to a customer! Unfortunately, I don't see a reason to try again.

Have ordered from here a few times and have had something wrong each time. Willing to give places multiple chances but I'll be sticking with Domino's and Pizza Hut for my pizza cravings from now on. I'd recommend going anywhere but here.
