Don’t order on their app/website. We placed an order for delivery directly on SUBWAYS website and the delivery person mixed up our order and gave us the wrong one and never returned. We went to subways to return the wrong sandwich with receipt and hopefully get it remade and they declined telling us to go check our house again and call doordash even though Subways took my payment method. Doordash says to go to Subways for assistance since the order wasn’t placed through them. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else. I used to order regularly from them but never again. Horrible customer service

After reading the reviews the owners of this Subway obviously do not care about the service . The service for me and my family has always been horrible here. But it’s the closes Subway to our house ?. Drive thru guy was horrible our order he completely wrong, and we still had to pay for it. The guy at the drive thru was not paying attention whatsoever. I definitely need to stop coming here .

Horrible experience! Do not order a big order with them as they will blame you when they mess the order up. BTW the new assistant manager in training is truly difficult. Still as I was walking out the door he was still trying to blame me for their mistake.
