It may be just what I order, but potatoes are always hard, and overall, food here just tastes different.
Also, store closes @ 2 am, but night shift workers will turn off the drive through screen, and in general won't answer nor take any orders in that last hour from 1-2am. i was told by a worker that sometimes they just won't do it.

The Taco Bell here in Del Rio is disgusting and so so disappointing. I Love Taco Bell but it's the workers that literally should be fired. I mean all of them. They don't care about the customer. Shut it down I don't care because if employees don't care that they're getting a check because of Customers we don't care about them. Food is always cold and order is never right. And when you call and complain manager has a sorry excuse. Shut it down please.

Ordered door dash at 6:51 pm . According to dasher the employees said drive thru was priority and would get to the order when they could! I called the store myself after the dasher had been waiting for 30 minutes and still nothing. They refused to answer the phone. Dasher called back said they had a line in the store but refused to take orders from there just got drive thru. I canceled my order after waiting for 40 mins! This is beyond ridiculous! This happened 11/5/25 @7:25pm

I had a friend go for an order they were really rude because there was no red sos made they were told that they would wait so they did I ordered two bean burritos and they did not put them on the order a nacho bell grande was ordered as well and found a hair in it had to go back to get the 2 burritos and they put an expensive amount of onions in it and the onions were old I called 5 times no one answered tell the 5th time I ask to speak to a manager it sounds like he hardly knows English I tell him what had happened he said bean burritos no red sos and onion when I explained again he just said oh ok sorry about that I just wanted a refund for this unsatisfied meal that was disgusting and couldn't explain anything to someone that dosent understand

Always messing up orders sometimes food is all sloppy, forget food items they never answer the phone and the wait time is ridiculous and it really only the Taco Bell in Del Rio is the only place where I have this much trouble
Food makes us sick. Idk what happened to taco bell. 🌮 nothing on the menu I can enjoy anymore. Sad. Its not just me. It was cruise night and the workers were running out of everything and stressed out. Cruise night has been in Atascadero for over a dozen years+ you'd think the management would have plenty of stock for that night. But nope. Nasty food upsets everyone's stomach to say it nicely. Yet prices went up and everything is smaller. Taco bell 🔔 is trash. Run for the border is gone

Horrible customer service !!! I saw 2 customers leave due to not being attended to and the employees walked passed them without even acknowledging them . I have never seen anything like that at a restaurant.

The woman at the window ( didn't catch a name) pushed my order up against the window as she was handing it to me. Then she tried to play it off. I'm a germaphobe this upsets me greatly. And I specifically asked for no sauces and got a bag full anyway.

Have to wait about 3 and a 1/2 minutes to get someone to wait on me at the front counter. It seems the drive through Takes Priority Over the Customer Standing in in the Front Dining Room. 3 people working in the whole building is way under staff. If they're gonna have 3 people on then they should close the dining room down permanently and just have a drive through. Now as for the food In my opinion It's just slop that they shovel into the tacos and they expect you to eat it. When you ask for sour cream in the supreme taco, they give you a teaspoon full of sour cream for a taco. The size of 6 inches in diameter. And then they overcharge for that. You don't. Get what you pay for. The restaurant itself in the dining area was filthy. The tables were all dirty junk all over the floor nasty management should be held responsible or fired. Get Donald Trump into there and let him fire everybody.😃

Oh, Taco Bell. Yo quiero....Taco Bell. You have chicken nuggets now, and to be honest? They're not that bad, not at all. When I purchased my food, I was met with courtesy and friendliness. There was an issue of the ice machine not producing, but immediately the solution was found to still provide ice. I did not have to wait long for my order, and I was provided with plenty of napkins (which is not common for to go orders elsewhere).
So, I deem you to get four stars! LIVE MÁS! GRACIAS POR LE GATO EN LA PANTELONES DEL BIBLIOTEQUE!! Clearly translated, that means I enjoyed my food and I will return for other items in the future. Here is a photo of my cat, because you are worthy.
