Yesterday I stopped at Teriyaki Madness to get some food. As I was waiting to place my order, I overheard one of the employees speaking to the other employees about tending to the cleanliness of the kitchen in great detail. I had to make a point to speak to her and thank her for amazing work work ethic. Now a day's, her type of work ethic is, unfortunately, rare.
