ordered online, arrived at the time my food was said to be ready, asked the employee in the front for my order only to get told it’s still being made. Fair enough. Proceed to wait another 25 minutes for my meal till i get the feelings that something’s wrong, so i go back to the counter and ask how much longer my order would take approximately. Employee looks at me like i’m stupid, asks around for her manager, and then proceeds to hand me my meal in a bag which had been sitting behind her for the entirety of the time i had been there. Food was ice cold by the time i got home. Fries stale, chicken soggy. Not that hard to hand someone their bag when they walk in for an online order.

Wednesday Dec. 4, 2024 at 6 pm I walked in and placed a to go order. Took several minutes for the cashier to get my order right. She did not understand or was not listening. She said it would be ready in 18 minutes. The normal time for them to prepare a meal. After about 4 minutes they said my order was ready. Drove home without looking at the order. My wings with mild seasoning were ok. Wife's order of plain boneless wings hard and dried out. Looked and tasted like something that had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Should have suspected something was wrong when they had the order ready in under 5 minutes. Should have taken it back but did not feel like driving back across town.

Great service. Greeted by young girl with red hair when I walked in. Got my food in less than 15 minutes and was a big family order. A bit pricey but that’s really my only problem

Horrible customer service from so called manager named Jennifer after rudely taking my order not once smiled or even had a nice tone of voice INSULTED ME, turned her back on me after I tried to explain how she was in the wrong over a situation. Left me talking to myself and ran off to the kitchen and ignored me. Declined to take my complaint and refused to give me her name people like her ruin a good experience at a local food place never going back again BEWARE
