Not trying to be rude but my boyfriend and I came here a while back. I finally was able to find the name for them online but this place is very unsanitary. I’ll start off by saying the lady who helped us out was sick. She was coughing and had a runny nose. To add, she also didn’t have a mask on. When we asked for our ice cream, when she was scooping the ice cream, my boyfriend noticed that she licked her hand. That was the last time we ever went by, I came by the gas station next to this place today and finally was able to leave a review. Also there was leaks coming from the ceiling and it smelled bad in the shop. Go to the sonic on ross road for more sanitary ice cream, not this place, it’s unsanitary and I’m saying this as a food service worker.

Nothing like how it started ??

I walked into this place on 7/5/2024 @ 1:05 the lady who is working didn’t even speak I waiting about 5 mins and she just scrolling in her phone. Don’t come here.

Ordered Hot pickles fruit cup and a mangonada for $23 dollars was not worth it one bit. The Cheetos were soaked in drenched the fruit was old the cucumber tasted like soap?? They only had watermelon pina and cucumber pina was old it was brown .. they didn’t have mango or jicama like pictured. The magonada had more chamoy and tajin than mango. The cashier was on the phone and didn’t greet or anything. Never again. There was no A/c too.

Everytime I come to this establishment the clerk named Gladys I believe is very rude, she never greeted me, screaming to someone on her phone and picked her nose. Like where's the professionalism? Is this her personal home or a place of business? Management needs to clean up shop make ppl feel welcome.

Very bad for the girls who work there who pick their noses and serve the ice cream like that!! And it's very hot and when you ask them they speak very badly about their bosses. If you don't like your job, don't work there!!! They talk rudely and always get together to talk and never do their job well!!! It's Gladys who stings her nose and serves the Elado so hascooooo????

Cashier so rude and found hairs in my order she said “what u want me to do”The cashier is very rude, I found hair in my order and she only told me “what do you want me to do” a skinny Chaparra who dresses like a man

The CASHIER is so RUDE!!! No wonder why there are never people.The cashier is super rude, I don't know why they have her as an employee. That's why the place is always alone with that terrible service they have!!! Explain to him that CUSTOMER SERVICE comes first!!And apart from the fact that they don't even have ACIt is the only snack here nearby in Del Valle and what bad service they have!!!They should change the cashier so that they get more customers!!

It is incredible that in a place where you have to have a competent person to serve the customer, they put an inattentive person who is angry and doesn't like doing their job. They should talk to the people they put to work there and if they don't like their work, they should look for something that catches their attention. I definitely won't stop in that place again. By the way, this person is a tattooed delegate, she looks like a woman, I think.

everytime I comethwy never have fruit..u might as well call urself a neveria not fruteria..can someone else point me to another fruit place in DV

Went in yesterday afternoon & the esamocha was on point for my first time ordering. Returned this evening and definitely wanted another but horrible! Way too much honey that makes it too sweet. Definitely a difference between the people in the kitchen.

A good place to have a snack with ice cream or delicious ice cream.

Today, February 9, I bought a glass of fruitI was really enjoying it because I really love going and eating at the place but unfortunately I found a cockroach inside my glass of fruit.
