Every time I go they mess up my order whether it's a simple meal or just french fries, and I even waited 30 minutes for 1 milk shake.

The customer service here is TRASH! The management team in the afternoon is rude, and very inconsiderate of their customers. I ordered $15-20 worth of food and because this is “dinner time” there should be no reason we received dry, old food! The picture will speak for itself. I called to rectify the issue and the girl just made excuses stating the “grease was changed today” IF THIS IS FRESH GREASE, I will NEVER EAT AT THIS SONIC again!

Says they close close at midnight, yet show up at 11:40 PM and they are already closed. Change The time if y’all are closing earlier than we have

I decided to swing by last night before and went through the drive though and had fifteen minutes left to get to work. After waiting in line for ten minutes I finally got my food and the chick gave me another drink, I guess cause it took forever. So tonight I put in a pickup order for 9:45 pm giving me enough time to get to work. After arriving I checked in and waited another ten minutes! I hit the intercom to see where my order was and some really cute chick brought it out, but seemed irritated. All in all, won’t be back, have to find another quick stop before work with actual fast food
